HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ODOR WORST DECISION EVER!

The musty chemical smell is has been just absolutely horrible. I have been sleeping on this mattress a month and it still smells. I'm have been waking up with headaches since day one from the smell. Plus with the poor support you sink down in it to far. I don't recommend this Hotel 12" Premier Queen mattress and I would love to return it!

Wrost mattress ever!

Bought less than a year ago and is complete garbage. The matress already is sagging in the middle and if you lay to close to the edge you will roll right off because there is no structure to the edges of the mattress. Don't waste your money and can't return it because the store policy only covers the first 30 days. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Horrible mattress!

Supposed to be medium firm, but there is NOTHING firm about it! Sit on side and sink all the way down. At least 2 inches wider than normal king. Yes, we let it setup before use, but it only rose to 10 inches. Box said 12! Should be labeled extra squishy! I want my old mattress back! Totally disappointed with this purchase! Btw won't allow me to give zero stars!

Love this mattress!

I cannot say enough good things about this mattress!! It is incredible to wake up with no pain! My husband and I are sleeping better than we have in years! Setup was easy. It does take a little time to allow it to fully expand (it comes compressed). There are no pressure points.

Adjustable base should not be used

I know this mattress is an inexpensive mattress, but I believe the top layer of the mattress should not have stretched/separated to the point that it causes pain. I am older and have no way of returning it fully expanded. Note: The bed was a dream the first week and I slept better than I had in a very long time. I was absolutely delighted, but my euphoria is rested and low pain was short lived. This mattress should not be advertised as being compatible with the adjustable base. The base was purchased from Sam's Club as well.

Really Nice!

We're at day three on our Members Mark mattress, after returning a Casper mattress that we purchased. We found that the Casper was very stiff, and didn't breathe. On the flip side, this new mattress is super comfortable, and breathes well. It says cooling gel, but I haven't really felt cooling (It just has better airflow). For the price, I would recommend this to anyone.

THEY CHANGED THE QUALITY

So my partner and I originally purchased this one mattress in 2020. At the time, it was the most incredible mattress with great support- we couldn’t believe it was only $400. After owning it for two years we noticed the mattress wears down a lot quicker than what a mattress should and wanted to exchange it thinking it just may be a minor defect. Sam’s club was kind enough to exchange it for us behind their member mark lifetime warranty guarantee. When we got the new mattress we immediately could tell that it didn’t feel the same as the original one we purchased. We have it it a chance thinking it just needed a few days out of the box but unfortunately it just wasn’t the case.

Frustrated with the lack of free shipping for plus

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of free shipping for Plus members. It is unacceptable that despite paying for a Plus membership, this basic benefit is not provided. What exactly is the purpose of the Plus membership if it does not include essential perks like free shipping?

I was disappointed with my new mattress. I thought I was buying a conventional type mattress and was surprised when I received it . It was described as a hotel type mattress but i having never seen one like it in a hotel and unlike other bed in a box type you can’t just return it . But , it is reasonably comfortable
