I purchased this king mattress recently and am loving it!!! So comfortable and although quite heavy ( two people with strength should move and install)! There was no odor upon unwrapping it and it adjusted to final size rather quickly. I am going to be replacing another mattress at my home with this brand soon and I’ve recommended it to several family members.

Member's Mark Hotel Premier Collection 12" Queen Mattress. Picked up at store, was in a box wrapped in plastic. Did not notice any smell and it unfolded quickly without any curling of sides. My teen boy is using this mattress without a box spring and he says it is awesome and comfortable. Price and width was a selling point for us.

Defective mattress. Less than a week mattress cover bunched up 4 inches across center of mattress. Then you have this hump in the middle of the bed under your back. Will be returning when different replacement mattress (ordered) is received. Also if you return a mattress they want you to put it in the original box (not gonna happen) or wrap it in plastic.

I was iffy buying a mattress in a box, also reading reviews that said it was too soft. I went ahead and bit the bullet and purchased it and my husband and I are super satisfied!! We are side, stomach and back sleepers and this bed was not to soft. It’s the perfect amount of softness and it keeps you cool throughout the night. For reference, I’m 26 and my husband is 30. We have no problem getting in and out of the bed. Sometimes we prefer to lay in bed and watch movies rather than the couch because we can super cozy and comfy in this bed.

Great mattress, first time on anything before with springs. 2 back surgeries and 5 mattresses later, THIS one is letting me get some sleep finally. I don't know who the people are that read this , but if you have back problems, this one so far has done a good job.

Brought matress home, took it out of the box, unfolded it, and then start to cut the plastic off of the mattress while it inflated. Stopped immediately when I noticed there was mold/mildew growing on the bottom of the mattress. I was very happy that we had not already taken our previous mattress to the curb. The end of the mattress that had the mold/mildew also did not inflate correctly by the time we took it back to Sams Club the next day. At least the return was easy!

Have been hunting a mattress for years that would allow me to get a good nights sleep. So tired of waking up hurting and not rested. Have had trouble for years waking up because I just couldn’t rest. I don’t have that problem anymore. This is the absolute best mattress I’ve ever slept on.

You cannot beat the price for this mattress. I was skeptical at first. I am so happy I purchased it. This mattress is so comfortable. I wake up feel refreshed. I am so amazed at how confortable the mattress is for the price, you just cant go wrong! Buy it you will be happy you did!

Very soft not a medium firmness. I set up the bed and the first night was okay but it has progressively gotten softer and softer as I’ve slept on the bed. I’ve tried rotating it to see if that would help but it hasn’t. I’ve only had the bed for 2 weeks now.

Bought this bed because of the mostly good reviews, but honestly none of them ever mentioned weight and how it felt for bigger people. Do NOT buy this bed if you’re overweight or on the bigger side. You’ll sink right into it. It’s not firm in the slightest for someone oversized, and you’ll have a hard time getting out of it. I started noticing it dent in the middle right away, which sucked for me cause I’m a stomach sleeper. Plan to return it as soon as I find a more suitable bed for myself.
