Bought a cal king a year ago and am extremely happy with this mattress. I'm a side sleeper and found it a bit firm, even in ultra plush, but I bought a Serta memory foam-and-"fluff" mattress pad, which made it exquisitely comfortable. Now the mattress and sleeping is perfect and absolutely delightful for me. I love getting in the bed, so look forward to those few minutes of enjoying the mattress cushy comfort before drifting off to sleep. My 75 pound dog jumps up in the night and I don't feel it at all. I only know she did it because she is still there in the morning. LOL Will buy another, smaller, when I relocate in a couple months. You can not beat this for the price. I couldn't be any happier with it. Seriously

I purchased 2 Twin XL 12" medium mattresses to use with a King platform bed. While the mattresses expanded quickly, had no smell, and a perfect medium feel (not too soft/not too firm), they are not anywhere close to a Twin XL dimensions (38" x 80"). Within 15 minutes of unboxing, they each expanded to nearly 42" wide. Height only got to about 11" as well. 84" wide will not work on a 76 1/2" wide bed. I ordered online so they will be picked up, but it was a complete pain to have to plastic them up again for pick up.

Love the bed I own 2 a full and a queen the queen I had to get a replacement shortly after purchasing the zipper on the bottom of the cover did not zip came like that flipped over to try and zip but won’t work they replaced no questioned asked I’m really happy. They are not firm they say firm but they are quite soft you sink in them, i sleep every night in this bed I have no aches and pains it helps a lot.

I bought a Nectar mattress at Sams Club and had to return it for a refund the following day. It was advertised as a Medium-Plush, but was so firm it was like sleeping on a cement slab. I had pain from pressure at several points on my body. I ended up buying this Member Mark memory foam mattress in the medium firmness, as there was not much to choose from at my club. Well, I can report that I am very happy I did. It feels so soft and comfortable, while at the same time being very supportive. I am comfortable on my back, sides, and stomach. No matter which sleep position I get into, I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud. I was pleasantly surprised I was able to get such a nice mattress for $400. It was $100 less than the Nectar and over $800 less than my previous mattress, which was not that good either. In fact, I had to use a memory foam mattress topper on it in order to use it. Thank you Sams Club for offering this great mattress!

Brought Queen size this 3 weeks ago, mattress is still only 10" not what is says 12" in final size when it expands. Too soft even though the box and Website says Medium . the person next to you can make you role towards them :D I bought 2 other mattress before, i bought King and Twin was not this soft , it was medium as it was stated. liked it so i bought this , could be diffective from manufacturing! not sure. this may go back to store.

I thought that I wanted a softer bed but this is perfect. It is soft on top but you don't sink down in it. It does a great job keeping me in alignment. I have problems with my SI joint getting out of alignment and I usually have pain and night and have to keep shifting into different positions. But I don't have to with this mattress. I slept very well on it the first night. I also highly recommend the Member's Mark Premium adjustable base to go with it. It is amazing!!

The manufacturing chemical smell has not gone away after letting this mattress air out with the windows open and no cover on it for 48 hours. With a waterproof cover, mattress pad, sheets and comforter, the room still smells and my hair even smells like the chemicals after sleeping in it. It's a decent mattress otherwise although you will slide off if you try to sit on the edge of it. It's very soft.

Comfortable little bed for now! Sleeping on a daybed after the move and had to order this twin mattress up really quick. Picked up with no issues from local Sam's Club. It has been a couple of weeks and it is actually really comfortable. It's going to end up in the office as a spare bed and I know the kids or even a single adult is going to be very comfortable sleeping on it for a few days or even an extended visit. I am most happy with the purchase and even debating ordering one for my bed or stepping up to the hybrid one for my bed. The price can't be beat!

This was supposed to be medium firm, but it's the softest mattress I've ever felt. I waited over 24 hours for it to expand fully. The top material is lumpy. Unfortunately, I picked up from store instead of online, so only way to return it is to take back to store. I called to confirm options and advise no way of fitting it in my car. I was told to rent a truck to bring it back if needed. (In a very rude tone). Will be canceling my Sam's membership.

My husband and I have been using this mattress for the last 3 months. Compared to our old mattress, I love it! It’s great for relaxing and so nice to sit up and read/watch tv without getting uncomfortable. I do like sleeping on it, but I’d prefer it to be much more firmer. I was not sold on memory foam for this reason. My biggest complaint is that it says it has a cooling feature. We have a mattress cover on top, so not sure if that takes away from the coolness? My biggest issue is that we both wake up extremely hot. We like to sleep with the AC turned down, so if we forget to do that, we will wake up HOT and sweaty. Overall it’s a great mattress, but not sure if I’d purchase for myself again.
