The mattress is comfortable. I’m giving a rating of two stars because it wreaks of chemicals. It still smells just like it did the day it came out of the box and it’s been two months. The information pamphlet says it should stop smelling a few days after we unbox it. We have to air out the room daily.

I have had this mattress for a month and so far I really like it. It had a slight odor upon opening but I left the fan on as it fluffed up and the smell went away fairly quickly. It was not bothersome at all. I was used to a very firm mattress so this one was an adjustment but I actually like this one much better than any others I have tried. It is soft enough on top and firm enough underneath for good support. I have been sleeping better on this mattress than others I have tried or bought in the past. It is very reasonably priced and I am very happy with it. I highly recommend.

I feel like my bed never fully expanded, it’s supposed to be firm and it is the softest bed ever and not in a good way. I have tried to return but it is already is out of box in my apartment and I don’t know how to bring it back. Customer Support didn’t help me when I called :( help!

I suffered a L1 compression fracture in January after a fall, and have had significant pain ever since. I chose the mattress based on the promise of perfect support for my back. The mattress feels luxurious, but I still wake up with an aching back. That could be because of my injury, and not the fault of the mattress, but I am disappointed, none the less.

I have purchased 4 of these over the last 2- 3 years and will continue to purchase them. I had my doubts based on the price point, but I was pleasantly surprised. I originally bought them for me kids and they liked them. I recently purchased one for my guest room and have slept on it the last 2 nights. I realize that I need to replace my own mattress after only 4 years because I slept so well on this one!

Mattress is super comfy. I am 5foot 8 175 pounds and it is a perfect mid support mattress. I am a side sleeper and if the mattress is to soft or hard I wind up with back pain. I have had no pain with this mattress. It would be a 5 star but the workmanship on the mattress leaves a little to be desired. The cover you can tell was accidentally glued to the mattress in some spots causing the mattress to not rise completely. Also the cover is a little to large for the mattress making it too loose for the mattress. Like any foam mattress it smells awful for about a day or two till the smell goes away. If they can get the quality up just a little on the build it would be a 5 star

If you’re looking for quality sleep don’t hesitate to order this mattress. This review might be a bit premature as I’ve had the mattress less than a week, but I am impressed!! I will update my review if warranted but for now this mattress is 4 layers of pure heaven! Cool to the touch, very comfortable and fit on my existing box spring.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of free shipping for Plus members. It is unacceptable that despite paying for a Plus membership, this basic benefit is not provided. What exactly is the purpose of the Plus membership if it does not include essential perks like free shipping?

This mattress was much softer than I thought it would be. When I lay down, I sink a little. I would not advise using a fluffy pillow with this mattress. Could be good if you sleep on your back but not your side or stomach. The edges have a lot of give so if you're not careful you could easily roll out onto the floor. It was easy to put on the bed. But make sure you don't break the plastic before placing it in the desire location. Once air hits, it expands. Also, I don't get as hot in this mattress as I did my other. Since I just have a car and not a truck, it was easy to transport. Just shove the box in my back seat.

Buyers beware! This mattress is comfortable in the center, however mine never formed on the sides. We waited 52 hours to get on it but it never took. Since then I've been trying to get a refund or a replacement on it but sam's refuses to take care of it. They keep saying they need to pick it up before they will issue me a refund but THEY WON'T PICK IT UP. I keep calling over and over and over again to get it scheduled but they keep telling me i have to wait to be contacted. Sam's club online customer service is by far THE WORST customer service i have ever dealt with. For everyday purchases, Sams is great. But if you're looking to make a large purchase with a "warranty" i strongly suggest you buy elsewhere. Sams does not stand behind their product and they make it outrageously difficult to get help.
