Bought less than a year ago and is complete garbage. The matress already is sagging in the middle and if you lay to close to the edge you will roll right off because there is no structure to the edges of the mattress. Don't waste your money and can't return it because the store policy only covers the first 30 days. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Mattress is super comfy. I am 5foot 8 175 pounds and it is a perfect mid support mattress. I am a side sleeper and if the mattress is to soft or hard I wind up with back pain. I have had no pain with this mattress. It would be a 5 star but the workmanship on the mattress leaves a little to be desired. The cover you can tell was accidentally glued to the mattress in some spots causing the mattress to not rise completely. Also the cover is a little to large for the mattress making it too loose for the mattress. Like any foam mattress it smells awful for about a day or two till the smell goes away. If they can get the quality up just a little on the build it would be a 5 star

**** Full size, Firm **** If you’re looking for a firm mattress, this is not the one to buy. The mattress I received could be considered "medium" at best, which was a major disappointment. Unfortunately, my frustration didn’t end there—it only increased when I tried to return the item. I contacted Sam’s Club to request a return. Given the mattress’s size and that it had expanded after unboxing, I asked them to arrange a pickup. They agreed and scheduled one with AIT delivery service. But after more than three weeks, I’m still waiting for them to confirm a pickup time. During this period, I’ve reached out to Sam’s Club four additional times. Each time, they claimed that AIT had tried to call me, but I hadn’t answered—which isn’t accurate. I made sure to answer every call, and there were no voicemails left, which would have been expected if I missed a call. Sam’s Club also assured me that AIT would contact me by both phone and email, but I haven’t received any emails (I checked my spam folder too). It feels like there is a complete lack of coordination between Sam’s Club and AIT. In my latest conversation with Sam’s Club, they promised AIT would contact me within seven days, but at this point, I don’t have much faith in their word. My takeaway from this experience: Avoid buying any freight item from Sam’s Club. I had a similar issue with a previous Sam’s Club delivery, where a “white glove” item was simply left at my front door. Although they gave me a 10% refund for the inconvenience, I ended up spending more just to bring it inside and set it up.

I really wanted to love this mattress, but I don’t. I ordered it in early December 2025, and have slept on it for a month and a half now and I just hate it and really regret getting a memory foam mattress, and an ultra plush one at that. I cannot get comfortable. No matter how I lie, be on either side, my back, my stomach, kind of on my side and stomach, I cannot get truly comfortable. I can’t sleep well either on account and I think I’m averaging about two to four hours of sleep per night. Getting off of this bed is so difficult and I messed up my right knee getting up and down off this bed that I had to barrow a walker from my 90 year old neighbor (I just turned 48!) because my knee was so painful and strained and trying to give out on me from getting up and down off the mattress. My lower back and hips are also always extremely stiff and sore now after nearly two months of ‘sleeping’ on this mattress. I’m now going to lol for a hybrid mattress and spend yet more money to replace this one that I can’t enjoy.

This is the second foam style mattress that we have purchased. We have the King Serta 12" Sleep-To-Go mattress in our master bedroom, which we really like and have had for over two years (also purchased at Sam's). We wanted to save money on a mattress (queen) for a spare bedroom, so we went with the Members Mark brand this time. It was pulled out of the package yesterday early afternoon, but after about 8 hours of expanding, it still appeared very lumpy. The edges are not expanding much and the mattress appears to be closer to 8-9", not 12" as advertised. I opted to sleep on the new mattress last night to test it out. This morning when I woke up, I felt I was sunken half-way into the mattress. I'm 6' and 215lbs. I've never had any issues with other mattresses in the past. The mattress is VERY soft, nowhere as firm or supportive as our Serta. I will give the mattress another 24 hours before returning it or contacting customer service to get any issues resolved.

This mattress is a year old. I paid $399 for it. It has already broken down on one side under the weight of a 165 lb man who does not move a lot during sleep due to disability. I have mattresses on adjustable beds that are older and have not yet broken down under my weight or the constant up and down of adjustment. I'm not very happy.

Mattress is Comfortable & Supportive for the money. There is better mattresses for more money but this was definitely better than the traditional spring mattress it was going to replace. Motion transfer was better than the spring mattress, but have sleep on better in hotel rooms. I natural sleep hot & this was a hot mattress. My fiancé normally sleeps cold, but she was also hot temperature wise. Already ordered more expensive mattress than has better reviews for cooling & will be returning soon. If it sleep cooler would be keeping.

I love this mattress. We purchased it in Feb 2021 and I feel like I’ve given it plenty of time to have any issues and there are literally non that I can think of. I want 3 more of these. It is literally my favorite mattress in our house. Cannot recommend enough!

So far, it's great 👍 The mattress puffed up quickly right out of the plastic wrap. It might take a few days for my dad to get accustomed to the memory foam, but its better than the cheap mattress from those firm stores at every corner of town. I wish Sam's also sold a base or bunky board.

Couldn't have been better. Mattress arrived 7 days prior to expected delivery, and though the box was heavy, maneuvered it into bedroom, slid mattress out of box, lifted it on platform, and off it went, rapidly filling. Rapidly. Medium firm and looks good. Perfect for overnight guests and children
