The musty chemical smell is has been just absolutely horrible. I have been sleeping on this mattress a month and it still smells. I'm have been waking up with headaches since day one from the smell. Plus with the poor support you sink down in it to far. I don't recommend this Hotel 12" Premier Queen mattress and I would love to return it!

First it did not raise to 12" . Almost 11". The mattress is super soft and it sucks you into it. When you try to get out it bottoms out to the frame. It's the most uncomfortable mattress to sleep on. Sam's should be ashamed to produce this type of product. It's true, you get what you pay for as we thought we would try it out as we bought another brand similar to this and it lasted about 6 years and was very comfortable but that was not the case with this one. Don't waste your time taking this one home because you will be returning it. I hope they let us return it!

I tried this mattress during a recent trip to the Caribbean and had a great sleep experience. I took a picture of the mattress, knowing I'd need a new one soon. A few months after my trip, I decided to purchase it. 1. Delivery: Arrived on time, even a day earlier than expected. 2. Condition: The mattress was well-sealed and arrived in good condition with no visible damage. As a 5'2", 140-pound 39 yrs old woman, I didn’t found it challenging to unpack alone. 3. Comfort: The mattress is very comfortable. I fell in love with it instantly and hope it remains so in the long term. The following factors led to a lower rating: 4. Odor: The mattress has a strong paint-like smell. During my trip, I experienced a running nose and shortness of breath upon entering my accommodation, which I initially attributed to the weather. However, upon unboxing the mattress, I experienced similar symptoms again, which makes me wonder if it's related to the mattress odor. 5. Durability: As I've just received the mattress, I cannot yet assess its durability. I hope this review provides helpful insights into my experience with this mattress.

Bought a cal king a year ago and am extremely happy with this mattress. I'm a side sleeper and found it a bit firm, even in ultra plush, but I bought a Serta memory foam-and-"fluff" mattress pad, which made it exquisitely comfortable. Now the mattress and sleeping is perfect and absolutely delightful for me. I love getting in the bed, so look forward to those few minutes of enjoying the mattress cushy comfort before drifting off to sleep. My 75 pound dog jumps up in the night and I don't feel it at all. I only know she did it because she is still there in the morning. LOL Will buy another, smaller, when I relocate in a couple months. You can not beat this for the price. I couldn't be any happier with it. Seriously

This mattress is really nice! I love how easy set up was. It is comfortable I would say it is soft but firm. The only negative for us was the smell it has a strong chemical smell out of the box that has been hard to get rid of. But we left the window open so it can air out. As far as price & quality this has been a great purchase for us.

This mattress is a year old. I paid $399 for it. It has already broken down on one side under the weight of a 165 lb man who does not move a lot during sleep due to disability. I have mattresses on adjustable beds that are older and have not yet broken down under my weight or the constant up and down of adjustment. I'm not very happy.

Ultimate comfort from a mattress that is delivered rolled up. I’ve purchased others, brand names, and nothing compares to this mattress. Priced right at about $200- for the twin size, I needed a mattress that would be on a platform without a box spring. This is the one, at 12 inches thick it has great comfort and support. You need to open it and let it air out from the factory smell, which only lasts about a day, also giving it time to fully expand. Great purchase, great quality, pleasant dreams!

Bought this for the reviews, it is NOT FIRM at all. Actually going to return it. Not sure on the great reviews. If you want soft and squishy and back breaking go for it. NOT FIRM, returning it due to so soft I am crippled. I ordered firm for a reason and this is not it.

This is way more comfortable than the old fashioned box spring and mattress. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and support. My son loves it- it really exceeded all of my expectations which were already pretty high based on reviews I had read prior. Great item for the price!

This mattress was much softer than I thought it would be. When I lay down, I sink a little. I would not advise using a fluffy pillow with this mattress. Could be good if you sleep on your back but not your side or stomach. The edges have a lot of give so if you're not careful you could easily roll out onto the floor. It was easy to put on the bed. But make sure you don't break the plastic before placing it in the desire location. Once air hits, it expands. Also, I don't get as hot in this mattress as I did my other. Since I just have a car and not a truck, it was easy to transport. Just shove the box in my back seat.
