This was delicious!

This looks delicious but I didn't care for it. I bought two of these for a function I was attending, since I don't bake I thought this would be great. It was kind of dry and the choclate taste was off, just not what I was expecting from Sam's. I'm not really sure what else to say other than I was disappointed & did not like it.

Delicious

This cake is delicious - moist, chocolatey, different layers of flavors. On par with a restaurant dessert where you'd pay half this for a single slice. I haven't bought the full cake because I haven't had an occasion where I needed a whole fancy cake but love the single slices sold in the cafe. Please also offer other cakes as single slices in the cafe!

The cake is good but the packaging has been changed. The cake is perched on some type of black-covered cardboard that becomes damp as the product is stored in the refrigerator. The lid DOES NOT fit. I purchased this product in August and the lid of the container fit in the grooves of the bottom of the container. The product I purchased this werk has no grooves in the bottom to hold the lid. The lid just sits on the bottom with no means of securing the lid which means air gets into the cake. Disappointed

Hair in side the cake

First tried this cake just before Thanksgiving in 2021, took it to dinner and we’ve been hooked since. Too keep from eating it all yourself, I recommend slicing, separate using parchment paper, wrap in foil and freezer bags. Gives you a little self control with continuous access. Enjoy

not worth the money

This was amazingly good......and I am so darn picky. I make all of my cakes from scratch, all f them very difficult. I refuse to buy store bought but something made me do it. We are both so glad I did. Next time I need a "special" cake, I will buy this again.
