This is a family favorite for holidays and especially for birthdays. It's so pretty, light and creamy. The coffee flavor is mild, just enough to know what you're eating.

I love chocolate, but not like some who happily gorge on anything and everything chocolate. Example: I love chocolate chip cookies, but I enjoy the cookies more, so I don't want so many chocolate chips. So, this cake is great because it has the right amount of chocolate but not so overbearing as, say, a cake called “Triple-Fudge.” I could eat this cake all day, every day.

Heard this was amazing so I got it. It is supposed to be a bar cake with mousse however there was hardly any mousse and the cake was so dry. Hate to say it but threw most of it away.
