I’ve bought mattresses with Sam’s before but never the member’s mark brand. Exceeded my expectations and will buy the same style in the future for guest rooms.

Very comfortable mattress. This is on an antique 4 poster bed which has never been comfortable, but it is now! I am quite impressed and happy to have this now in our guest bedroom.

This mattress is aweful! The 12" must have been measured by a man, because it's only 10". There is NO support, and my wife and I both woke up with terrible back pain. I've slept on cots that were more comfortable.

Great value for a good mattress. Not too soft, not too firm. Left to expand for 24 hours though I don’t think it needed that much time. No smells like some other mattresses I’ve purchased.

I waited years for a new mattress. This was BIG deal. We gave it 48 hours to expand & air out. It's been about 2 months & the odor won't go away. It's almost a mildewy smell. Awful.

Nice mattress for the price but I would definitely go with the firm instead of the medium. The medium is a bit too soft for me and makes it difficult to move around .

So at first I saw “bed in a box “ and thought it would be too soft for my comfort. I was very impressed and still am a couple weeks later after my purchase. I highly recommend this bed to anybody with back problems.

Mattress was way too soft for medium firm. If you’re looking for a firm bed, look elsewhere. If you want to return the mattress they make you bring it in yourself and will give you a hard time. One of the customer service workers was rude as well.

I brought this mattress for my son to replace his old mattress. This mattress is perfect for him! I slept on it as well. Very comfortable and does not dip like some of the reviews stated.

we had just moved to our new apartment and needed a bed that was cool and didn't feel hot. it has been a game changer. to those that worry about firmness, go for the medium or firm it will soften up over time.
