I ordered a firm mattress and what I received was ultra soft. My back has hurt ever since I received this mattress.

2 months in, a crease in the mattress that doesn't go away. it was given 3 days to fully expand before we used it. Not sure what to do with it.

I bought the king ultra plush. id give it 5 stars but the smell.. HORRID. No other complaints outside of that.

I weigh 180, in less than a year there was a crater in the bed. It was comfortable for a few months, though softer than expected. Broke down very quickly. Now it's really uncomfortable, offers no support.

I’ve bought mattresses with Sam’s before but never the member’s mark brand. Exceeded my expectations and will buy the same style in the future for guest rooms.

At first, I thought it wouldn't be such a good purchase because I received a mattress in a box, but I actually recommend it. It's very comfortable and has nothing to envy of those super expensive mattresses.
