Convenient to purchase and quick to set up. Extremely comfortable and has great support for your entire body. Would recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive but high quality mattress that you don't need a pickup to transport. Loved the convenience of the bed in a box and being able to carry it up a narrow staircase.

Do not buy if you have any form of back issues. I let fully expand before sleeping on it, I would wake through the night with lower back pain which isnt uncommon and reason why i bought bew mattress so i didnt think anything of it. By morning the pain is completely unbareable ive never experienced pain this bad. There is zero support with this mattress and is on the plush side nothing medium about it.

I took a chance by reading all the great reviews. Well that chance was a gamble I lost. Where do I start. First I let it air out for 72 hrs 24 more hrs than recommended and it still never fully inflated. Second this mattress is totally uncomfortable. I’ve slept on cots while deployed that was more comfortable. This was $400 plus bucks down the drain that I couldn’t afford. You live and you learn.

We bought this mattress maybe a year ago to replace a 15 year old mattress. At first we loved it but it quickly went down hill from there. We let it set up for a full 48 hours to lay on it and the first month was nice. Then to my surprise the middle started sagging and BAD. After numerous spins over the last few months this mattress is almost unusable as the center sinks so bad that my fiancé and myself wake up basically on top of eachother every single morning and with worsening back pain each day. Absolutely do not suggest this mattress and am currently looking into their “10 year warranty” they advertise

I bought this mattress in the Queen Size for my guest room. I was very skeptical to purchase a mattress online but decided to give it a try. I am really glad I did!! The mattress arrived on time and was packaged very well. The mattress expanded to 12 inches as expected. The mattress expanded to about 10 inches immediately and then the remaining 2 inches over the course of a couple of days. The mattress is a nice looking mattress. But most importantly my guests commented - The mattress is amazing!! They were very complimentary regarding the mattress and how comfortable it was. I have also slept on the mattress myself. Very nice mattress that offers a good support system. I highly recommend this mattress. I have no regrets.

I was a bit spectical at first about buying a Sam's Club (Member's Mark) branded mattress at such a low price. I've always had a Sealy, Serta or a Sterns & Foster. I figured that it wouldn't be any good. But I read the reviews and decided to give it a try and boy am I glad I did! This mattress is AWESOME!!! I've had two spinal disc surgeries about 4 years ago and finding a comfortable mattress, with the right support, has been a challenge to say the least. I've been sleeping on a $2,000 Sterns & Foster for the past 4 years that was supposed to be "top of the line" in comfort, but even that mattress doesn't come anywhere close the true comfort of this one. I purchased the Queen size at about 10 in the morning and even though on the Sam's Club website it recommends that you allow the mattress a full 48 hours to conform to it's full size, mine was fully conformed in a matter of a few hours. I was able to sleep on it that same night. It was the first fully restful night's sleep I've gotten since my surgeries. It's nice and plush, but not so soft that you sink into the middle of it. It's got just the right amount of firmness for that much needed support. I've always been a hot sleeper and I found this mattress keeps me at a cool level of comfort all night long. I don't think I can say anything else about it other than it's just a really good mattress, and for the price, you just can't beat it!

This is the second foam style mattress that we have purchased. We have the King Serta 12" Sleep-To-Go mattress in our master bedroom, which we really like and have had for over two years (also purchased at Sam's). We wanted to save money on a mattress (queen) for a spare bedroom, so we went with the Members Mark brand this time. It was pulled out of the package yesterday early afternoon, but after about 8 hours of expanding, it still appeared very lumpy. The edges are not expanding much and the mattress appears to be closer to 8-9", not 12" as advertised. I opted to sleep on the new mattress last night to test it out. This morning when I woke up, I felt I was sunken half-way into the mattress. I'm 6' and 215lbs. I've never had any issues with other mattresses in the past. The mattress is VERY soft, nowhere as firm or supportive as our Serta. I will give the mattress another 24 hours before returning it or contacting customer service to get any issues resolved.

After reading the negative and positive reviews for this mattress, I decided to give it a shot because we were in desperate need of a replacement. This mattress is advertised as a medium-firm mattress, but it is NOT that whatsoever. This mattress is SOFT... so soft that your entire body will sink in if you weigh over 150lbs. If you’re into that, then it may work for you. But if you bought a medium-firm mattress because you prefer medium-firm mattresses, you will be highly disappointed. If you prefer firm mattresses and thought you might just settle for a “medium-firm”, then you may fall into a deep depression. Believe me before you waste your money like I did... this mattress is nowhere near medium firm, or even medium. Also, prepare to have your room smell like chemicals for several days. We off-gassed and decompressed this thing for an entire day outside and the smell is still giving me headaches. Here’s to hoping I can return this thing!

I read other reviews and thought I could get away with some of the issues noted about this mattress but no. This is error purchase for me. The mattress is softer than the mattress I'm trying to haul. I literally sink into this mattress. I was expecting medium firm but it's not near it. Planning on returning it. My old mattress lasted over 10 years, not sure this new mattress would make half of that. I brought on sale so i'd say penny wise, pound foolish. Cheap is expensive! Also gives me heat not cooling at all, makes me uncomfortable overnight.

It’s not at all what it’s described as. It does not feel cool at all as a matter of fact it gets pretty hot at night. Also it’s not very comfortable. I was told it expands a bit more as the 24 hrs hit well it’s still pretty thin and has this creases that stay once you lift it. When the mattress is set back to flat the creases remain on the mattress which in turn look like there’s something underneath the bedding once it’s made. Not to self go for the better brand even if it costs more
