This one was very supple and extremely comfortable. I've only owned it for about 2 weeks, but so far so good. I'm extremely happy & would definitely recommend to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is pretty hefty. It weighs about 90 pounds. It took two people to end over end it up the stairs. Once you get it out of the box don't unroll it from the outer plastic until you have it in place where you want it to go. Once I had it on top of my queen box springs which was on top of a platform i started to unroll the outer plastic. I could here it already hissing a little, so that meant it was starting to expand. It stated on the handbook that it would take 24 to 48 hours to fully inflate. It had fully inflated less than 24 hours to me. I would use a box springs or platform not both. I am using both and it is so high. Since the mattress is 12 inches, the box spring is almost that and the platform is about 1 and a half to 2 feet of the ground. The puts the mattress at my stomach and i'm 5'4. The Member's mark Hotel premier collection mattress is really comfortable. It forms to my body in about 5 mins of laying on it. If i turn over it re forms to my body. I really enjoy the cooling effects on my body from the mattress. I am a hot natured person and this bed kept me cool all night. It feels like you are sleeping on clouds. I would love to try this out in a king size bed as well. I really slept well on this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to find this mattress, as I was in the market to upgrade my daughter's bed. She is growing and not only needed to move from a full size but also to a more supportive mattress that will last years. The Member's Mark brand is already a brand my family trusts and I was excited to gear about this new mattress! The mattress arrived quickly and was compacted in a box. It was quite heavy- 90 pounds actually! Opening the box was the toughest thing to do! This works best with two people- one to pull the mattress out and one to stabilize the large box. Once out of the box, you have to unravel several layers of plastic wrap. The mattress immediately began to expand. I placed it in my daughter's room- on top of her bunkie board bed frame and watched it open up to a 12" deep mattress! Wow! I left it alone for 48 hours as suggested in my box- but I believe it would have been completely expanded within a few hours. This mattress is dreamy- soft and durable material. This is a foam mattress, so your body feels cradled when you lay down but the support is very impressive. My daughter actually slept in the first night- something she never does- and said she felt amazing. After a few days of her bragging about this, I actually took a nap on this mattress and I'm totally jealous. This seriously feels like a soft cloud, but after sleeping you can feel that it is equally supportive. This is an amazing mattress from start to finish. You can easily set this up yourself. The quality is simply the best I have ever seen! I'm completely self on this and can't wait to get another for my son's room next! I see this lasting quite some time and this will be the last mattress I will ever get for my teenager!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't know what I was missing by sleeping on a spring mattress. This memory foam mattress is soft all over and I feel absorbed (in a positive way) by it. I don't notice my wife rolling around the bed at night as much! Vibrations and movements are highly reduced. It came with a protective mattress cover/sleeve but even you could remove it because it has a zipper, you're not suppose to for cleaning. Overall, love it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This queen sized mattress replaced a very old mattress in my teenage son’s room. I had to lay down on it first to try it out and it is so comfortable. I think I may order one to replace my current 10 year old mattress. He loves it says he sleeps more comfortably than ever. It’s not soft and not firm, a good balance in between. It came packaged in a pretty small box (for a queen sized mattress). My son and I were able to carry it in. No bad smells or anything and it popped right into place out of the box!

I bought this almost a month ago and it has worn my back out. After being in the same position, it’s hard to get out of. If you try to move over, you have to kick your leg off the bed to stay in that position or you will roll back to where you were. After you’ve sunk into place, you will wake up in a hot mess. I’m 27 and have never had back problems, I’m in pretty good health so I don’t know how anyone would be able to sleep in this. The only plus side is that returning it was so so easy.

I bought it to replace my very comfortable conventional mattress that I have had for almost 10 years. I wasn't sure that this one would be as comfortable but I was pleasantly surprised. This is my first experience with this type of mattress so I wasn't sure what to expect. It is very soft and comfortable, but also firm enough to provide a great night of sleep without tossing and turning. It has nice support for my lower back which has reduced the normal morning pains that I have had in the past. This is a great product and I highly recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm surprised in how this shipped as it's all rolled and compressed into a air tight bag. The box isn't that big but after you open it. This unrolls into a queen size mattress. I love how comfortable the mattress is when laying on it. You don't feel your partner getting on at one end, the vibrations and movement is mitigated from side to side. So when my partner gets on or off, I don't feel it when laying on the mattress, which is great since we have a newborn and constantly getting off the mattress. I love the firmness of the 12 inch foam and getting a good night's rest. Very satisfied with the mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially got the mattress for my guest room but after I unpacked it and tried it out, I decided to move it to my room! The box is amazingly small, but the mattress was easy to open and then like magic, it ‘blooms’. It’s hard to believe that a regular sized mattress came out of that box! The cover on the mattress is very soft but feels durable, and the cool touch is wonderful for Texas! This mattress feels soft and luxurious and supportive all at the same time.

I removed it and allowed it to sit in my office for the full 48 hours it recommended. There is a slight odor when you initially take it out. I only get a hint of it now but can tell it is going away. The covering on this mattress is soft and cool to the touch. The mattress itself is super comfortable with the right amount of support. My boyfriend is normally a tosser at night. He didn't move. I am a very hot sleeper, with my pillow and mattress feeling like steam is coming up from it when I get up. I remained cool and under my covers the whole night. I am very pleased with this mattress and would highly recommend it.
