Sleeping in this bed felt like lying in quick sand. When you first sit or lie on it you think it feels firm but plush but then you continue to sink in further and further to where it's hard to move from one position to another. I hated this bed, I literally felt claustrophobic trying to move around in on this mattress.

This mattress is soooo comfortable, and sturdy to! We are using it for a kids loft bed, no box spring is needed, and it fit perfectly for the size of the frame. Tip: place mattress on base BEFORE you cut the plastic cover, it fills with air to size very quickly.

I recently purchased a mattress from the Thornton, Colorado Sam’s Club using the Scan & Go feature, and my experience has been very disappointing. When I received the mattress, I realized it appeared to have been used. As someone with a disability, I cannot physically return the item due to its weight, so I contacted customer service for assistance. Despite explaining my situation, my case was closed without resolution, and I have yet to receive a refund or replacement. This has left me frustrated and feeling undervalued as a loyal member. The mattress itself is not what I expected in terms of quality. It did not feel new and had visible signs of prior use. I hope Sam’s Club improves its quality control and customer service to better support members like me in the future.

This is not really a firm mattress. Some areas of the mattress are softer than others. Our backs have hurt every morning since the purchase of this mattress. I would love to return it but there is no way for me to transport a king mattress back to Sam's Club. It was delivered vacuum sealed in small box and then expands to full size.

I bought this mattress in May of 2025. My grandchildren came and stayed a week in Oct of 2025. I have enclosed pictures of what the mattress looked like after that week, I could not iron the bumps down, I could not smooth the bumps down and they showed when the bed was made up. Look really tacky. I was shocked and surprised as Sam's products are usually some of the best. I always shop Sam's before going somewhere else. Sam's did send a pickup company to get the mattress and I did not have to take it to the store.

My daughter got this bed recently and loves it. I bought it for my spare room and my brother-in law who is a big guy, has been staying in there, also loves it. Now I'm buying a full size for the other spare bed. I'll see what my guests say when they come to visit.

We bought this mattress for our college aged daughter. It was so convenient to pick this up in a rolling box and bring it to her apartment. After cutting through the plastic the mattress was set up in minutes! It is a super comfortable bed. My husband and I may even buy one for ourselves. Great price!

Purchased this mattress about two weeks ago. Let it expand for 3 days and it has only reached 11 inches. The lack of height makes my sheets loose fitting. There is no support around the edges, so when you sit down on the edge of the bed, you slide off. For the price of 500 dollars I expected a little more....

I redecorated my son's room and was originally looking for a mattress topper to bring life into a VERY OLD mattress. A quality topper is pricey and I figured it would be a temporary fix which would ultimately lead to a new mattress sooner than later. I stumbled upon this Member's Mark mattress at my local Sam's club during my topper hunt. The price was double the price of a nice topper, so I decided to skip the topper and go straight for a new mattress. After a couple of days of expanding, it is really nice. My son only comes home from college occasionally, so it is a perfect addition to his room. Personally, I like a firm mattress, but when I lay on this one to test it out, I'm pleasantly surprised at how comfy it is. My son loves the way it sleeps and never complains any more about coming home and staying for a while.

I have purchased more than 7 boxed memory foam from Sam’s or Costco. This mattress was packaged beautifully, sprang up when opened and had far less of the chemical smell than previous mattresses. I gave it 24 hours to rise, but the morning after I slept on it I had new pain in my hips, knees, elbows and shoulders...I’m 5’5, 130 lbs and 40 years old. This type of pain was a first! I tried it again for 2 hours the next night and moved to the sofa. For whatever reason this particular members mark hotel collection mattress was too firm for me. In the store I sat on Serta’s bed in a box version and it was far softer but was unclear if that was its composition or if it had been broken in by other consumers. I purchased the members mark mattress because they produce great products and I wanted to give them a shot. Luckily I was able to track down my receipt from my previous mattress also purchased at Sam’s by Night Therapy and ordered it as a replacement. I purchased a mattress bag to protect the members mark mattress in the return process, but when I called to double check they were accepting return due to covid they told me Fed Ex would pick it up! The associate on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful immediately credited my card and arranged Fed Ex pick-up 2 days later. I had a terrific experience even though this bed didn’t work out for me!
