I bought the medium firmness in store and it feels like plush. Too soft. Perhaps if I had bought the firm, which they don't have in store, it'd have worked. But they won't ship to CA. What a shame, I really wanted to like it. On the plus side, it did not smell bad. And the quality seems to be very decent for the price.

Bed is really comfortable unfortunately it was deformed. Like other reviews, the end of the bed failed to to inflate to full capacity. Looks odd and also the top moves around when getting up. I’m contemplating returning but this would be the second bed in a box I return. Not sure it’s worth the hassle.

I bought this mattress after sleeping on a 1k Serta fancy all the bells and whistles and mattress for the last 5 years. I have never slept better in my life. It is a spiritual experience climbing into this bed every night. I have to fight off my children who try to climb in to our bed every night as well. It’s a neat lesson on physics too, during these homeschooling times.

King mattress purchased via pickup at local Sam's Club. First the box weight is about 80 pounds. The Sam's associate brought it out on a flat cart and didn't even attempt to load it in my truck. Never offered to help even as I stuggled to lift in the back of my truck. Got the mattress home and removed from box. Removed the plastic. I let it expand for 72 hours. It seem the cover is bigger than foam. When we put it on the bed the cover bunched up and was very loose.

It STINKS!! We’ve had it for 6 weeks and it still smells horrible. Hubby still hasn’t gotten his sense of smell back from Covid or I’m sure he would’ve complained. I unzipped the cover today hoping it would air out some and now the dang zipper is broken so I don’t recommend that! It’s super comfy and I don’t feel my wiggly hubby at all. I would recommend for comfort but the smell is bad. I’ve tried all kinds of things. Also the top layer of foam sort of wads up. You can’t feel it but it’s kind of annoying to see it.

Bought this mattress today. Opened it up and it puffed up right away. But then noticed the smell. It had all day to air out. It was so bad when we tried to sleep on it . At 2:30 a.m. we were up dragging it out of the bedroom. We put cot mattresses on the floor and slept on them. We will be returning this as soon as the store opens. Even with the mattress out of the room we could still smell the fumes.

If you’re looking for quality sleep don’t hesitate to order this mattress. This review might be a bit premature as I’ve had the mattress less than a week, but I am impressed!! I will update my review if warranted but for now this mattress is 4 layers of pure heaven! Cool to the touch, very comfortable and fit on my existing box spring.

Husband and I love this mattress. Let it completely fill before judging. It is a plush feel on top with a medium firm feel lower layer. No sinking in. We are both hard to please with mattresses and love this one. I am a side sleeper and hubby is a combo sleeper. Just works in all positions. Very comfortable! Way to go Sam's!

This mattress is really nice! I love how easy set up was. It is comfortable I would say it is soft but firm. The only negative for us was the smell it has a strong chemical smell out of the box that has been hard to get rid of. But we left the window open so it can air out. As far as price & quality this has been a great purchase for us.

Purchased this bed in full size for my daughters room and was so pleased I replaced my queen size bed as well. It is plush to the touch but definitely more on the firm side. The bed looks amazing and expensive. Very impressed with what members mark has to offer with this bed. I ordered online and they brought it out curbside and loaded it in my truck. The box has wheels for easier moving. Unloading was easy and it didn't give off any toxic foam smells that sometimes beds in a box do.
