So at first I saw “bed in a box “ and thought it would be too soft for my comfort. I was very impressed and still am a couple weeks later after my purchase. I highly recommend this bed to anybody with back problems.

Terrible do not waste your money. Horrible product, provides ZERO support. If two are sleeping you end up in a hole at the center because of how soft unsupportive it is.

Mattress was way too soft for medium firm. If you’re looking for a firm bed, look elsewhere. If you want to return the mattress they make you bring it in yourself and will give you a hard time. One of the customer service workers was rude as well.

Ok for the price if you don’t care if it’s truly a 12” mattress. Had it open for 5 days and never inflated to the 12”. Was about 10-1/2”. Smell didn’t dissipate either. Returned this item.

Very nice and very comfortable mattress we got this for our kids going to college and he's sleeping really well on it I would recommend people buying it

we had just moved to our new apartment and needed a bed that was cool and didn't feel hot. it has been a game changer. to those that worry about firmness, go for the medium or firm it will soften up over time.

The mattress is cooler than my last one. I immediately slept better from day one. Also bought online cheaper than the store. Free shipping. Will buy again without hesitation.

This is our second Member’s Mark mattress. I’ve been referred to as Goldilocks by my husband because of how many mattresses I haven’t liked. This was is just right!

I weigh 180, in less than a year there was a crater in the bed. It was comfortable for a few months, though softer than expected. Broke down very quickly. Now it's really uncomfortable, offers no support.
