Price is reasonable, and the bag is beautiful . However the way the lunch box is build it is not comfortable to carry on the back,; it caves in around the lunch box seam, and for little kids who have to pull out their lunch and snack boxes in separate bins at school, it's not a smart idea. (would be great if you can attach and detach the part with extra zipper for slight extra fee). I will return!

Excellent quality and very well-made. Beautiful color choices. I wish it were easier to open and close for younger kids. I have a 6 year old grandchild who I bought this for uses this box and loves it however, she does have trouble that’s so much with opening, but in closing it.

Love the print and the idea of the lunchbox on the bottom. I do wish the box part was removable, but knew that it wasn’t before hand so no big deal. The backpack, however, is very small inside and needs to be a couple of inches taller. Right now we have to bend my kiddos take home folder to fit inside and if she wanted to put a sweatshirt or jacket in there it would be full.

I love the concept but it is heavy and difficult to close for my 5 year old. It’s durable and looks good but the bottom also sweats a little bit when it has the cold ice pack in it. Wish I hadn’t thrown box etc away because I would have returned for traditional style

Love it. Love the design. Very durable and easy to use. Only wish it could fit a sandwich. Even if i cut up a sandwich, it still doesn't fit. Not a deal breaker though. I use dinner rolls for sandwiches instead. It fits 2 of them nicely :) highly recommend buying a bentgo chill lunch box!

I did not like this box at all. It was so bulky and heavy. It is very hard to get the ice pack liner separated from the tray. Everything leaks and blends into each side. Crackers got all crumbled on top of the fruit next to it, the divider doesn't do much. I wish I could return it! I am a huge Bentgo fan, but this product was a complete miss. It will live in my cupboard unused. I will keep grabbing my beloved Bentgo snack box wishing it was a little bigger with an ice pack.

Great concept, slow delivery. Built-in ice pack is genius. Great colors and sturdy feel. Seal/bumper also seem durable. It took about three weeks between placing my order and receiving it. Accurate delivery timeline would be welcome - if it’s going to be 3 weeks, just say so.

Wish I had just purchased another one of your regular boxes instead of the Chill. The weight difference is more substantial than I expected in my kid's backpack, and I think the sections are actually more useful in the regular box. (But we shall see - I haven't needed to use the ice pack yet so this may be a critical advantage sometimes!) But overall, absolutely in love with my Bentgo boxes -- they're the perfect size and really do a fantastic job keeping the sections from spilling into each other.

This is my first time purchasing the bentgo with the built in ice pack and now I wish this was the only kind we had. My kids have an easier time opening it, it keeps food colder, and it fits in their lunch bag better. Really great quality and easy to clean.

This lunch box is wonderful! There is just enough space for her to have what she wants to take for lunch. I was worried the compartments where to small but they aren’t. The ice pack stays cold for long and haven’t had issues with that. The only issue I have and the only reason I can’t give the five stars is because of the leakage problem. It does not leak out side of the box but if there is liquid in one of the compartments it’s going into the other. I don’t put it in a dishwasher (I don’t have one) it is all hand washed and surprisingly has not yet been dropped. All together I am very happy with this for my kindergartener
