Great portion sizes, easy to open, stays cool all day. But it’s heavy.

It’s a great product. Very functioning and easy to use.

My daughter complains about the food mixing together from the compartments. We didn't have this problem with the non chill lunch containers. I also noticed these are harder to seal shut.

Tray lifts when opening lid. Just bought this, have not washed or used it yet. I bought a two pack and one opens normally, the other lifts the tray which remains adherent to the lid when opening. Will return.

We have a few Bentgo boxes and have used them very often over the last few years. We had a slight issue with one about 6 months after purchase and I reached out to see if they had advise on solving in. They were very quick to respond and helped the situation beyond what I was looking for! Definitely will continue to be Bentgo fans for a while to come!

My kindergartener loves taking this lunchbox to school! She loves picking out what “section” her items go in, and I love that it reduces waste from individually wrapped foods (as well as dishes!). About 2 months into using our lunchbox, the clip broke. We were so sad, but customer service was so friendly and quickly replaced our box! Looking forward to many more lunches, in bentgo style!

After loving my first purchase of the bentago lunchbox, we had to have the backpack! I have twins and two backpacks and two lunchbox and water bottle, you hands can get full! When I saw that bentago created backpacks, our family had to purchase one. A one in one backpack that carry’s all my boys stuff and their lunchbox, sign us up! The quality is also great, the backpacks seem durable and our lunchbox’s have lasted over 2 years! Thank you for making a great products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing and does keep the food cold til lunch. It keep food cold, does not leak. The tray holds what they love in separate compartments. The design is great. Color choice is good for boys and girls.

I bought this for our 3 year old with a big appetite. While it prob works fine for older elementary kids my 3 year old could not get the clasp closed. So we had many partial uneaten lunches that felt out into his backpack when he returned home from preschool. Also, if you don’t tues the ice pack attachment the base is not weighted down very much and so it kinda tilts backwards rather than lair flat on the table.

I have been using these Bentgo Chill Lunch Boxes for three years now. And love everything about them. Stay cold for long periods, easy for picky eaters to not get food touching, Great for babies as well as toddler, the list goes on and on as to why I like these. Recently, one of our 7 Bentgo Lunchboxes broke and it was so easy to get replaced. Simply called the costomer service, they looked up my email address and found my order, they send me an email where I attached a picture, then the replacement will come in mail. So easy!
