This backpack was a great find. My daughter absolutely loves it. There were so many fun options to chose from. The backpack has some great features one being that you can fit a Bentgo lunchbox on the bottom of the backpack. It’s fully insulated and the food stay fresh in there. Let’s the kids have free hands when going to school. Would highly recommend this item.

I have the gray Bentgo Chill for my daughters and love the color and removable ice pack option! The compartments for the portions are large for a lot of food. The one downside is that the rubber dealers in the lid can stain. We used ours one time and put watermelon and it immediately stained. Customer service did offer cleaning tips and ways to help!

Bought this for my daughter who is in Kindergarten and she has used it every day since the beginning of September and its already ripped on the inside. The seams have all come undone and the folder pocket does not hold a regular size folder as its to small. I was really hoping this was going to hold up as the cooler in the bottom is amazing but the quality just isn't there. Disappointed I'll have to buy her a new backpack before is over!!!

We got this box to replace a bentgo brights, which was handed down to the next daycare child. This box went to K+1 with my older child. The cold pack is nice to keep the whole thing slim. I still send it in a lunch bag because while it's great at not leaking, kids aren't always great at properly closing-- despite them being very fully capable of operating the clasp. Kids 🤯 I top rack dishwasher the inner tray, it's held up great. The silicone lids of both my bentgo boxes (and the hinges of this one) developed mildew that stained. This isn't covered under warranty, but customer service is sending me new boxes anyway, and passed along the following tips for prevention: - Wash with White distilled Vinegar regularly - Cling wrap or other plastic over the lid interior - Completely drying after each cleaning I suspect the drying rack situation in my new house (rack sitting in sink instead of on counter) may have caused this issue, so I'll be taking care to wipe the kids dry or leave them sitting out separately to assure more rapid drying.

I loved it until I couldn’t use anymore due to the ice pack not fitting. I got maybe four months out of it. One day, I just couldn’t fasten it. The ice pack seemed warped. I expected to get to the end of the school year, not have to purchase a new lunch box.

I bought this in the summer of 2023 before the start of the school year for my daughter. I absolutely love how it has an integrated ice pack, which saves so much space from having to include a separate one into her lunch bag. The compartments are great and good sizes. I think the product could have been even more amazing if it was modular and we can swap out the food tray for a different version like the one that’s big enough to fit a sandwich in it, and having the rubber seals on the tray edges instead of the lid.

I bought this just last month and it just rained here this week, the book bag started reaping an extremely disgusting fish smell when it rained. I have since tried to clean it and it has only gotten worse when exposed to more water. The company claims it’s water resistant and that is not true. It cannot hold any water without smelling like a seafood market. Bentgo seriously needs to look into this!!

Love the bentogo box. Purchased 3 different kinds of bentgo lunch boxes. After using few months chilled lunch box hinge broke off. Contacted the customer service and they wants by their product offered me a replacement. Love their sectional in lunch box which encourages to add variety food. You should try too!

Being first-time schoolgoers, we weren't sure what lunchbox would work best for us. So we decided to try the Bentgo chill, which has been great. The compartments are a great size for my preschooler's lunch and keep lunch nice and cool throughout the day. In addition, the Bentgo chill compartments provide enough space to fill with plenty of healthy food. We especially like the compact size of this lunch box, which makes it easy for our little one to carry on her own in her Bentgo Bag.

I purchased my first Bentgo Box about a year ago and wanted to try it out for my son. I absolutely fell in love with it and its size. The different compartment sizes makes it so easy to make a snack box lunch which is the way my son likes to eat. We will definitely be on the lookout for newer models of these lunch boxes in the future to fit his growing needs :)
