works ok so far-wish it had periodic alarm when it finishes cooking-my whirlpol microwave would ding periodically until door was opened-control anel butons are a little hard to activate-dont like the stainless around door-holds finger prints when opening and closing door. Had to relearn energy level adjustment -diferent from whirlpool-you have to run down from 10-the whirlpool let you choose a number and hit it.

Our microwave died so we needed a new one. I looked online and saw this one and it was a great price and had everything we needed. It works great and I'd definitely buy again if I needed another. I bought it online and was able to pick it up about 2-3 days later.

Purchased this to replace our 1200w (non-Panasonic) microwave oven that just stopped working. We primarily use the microwave for reheating and defrosting. Despite being slightly higher in wattage at 1250w, noticed that it takes longer to reheat foods than in our prior unit; this is something that we can adapt to so not a big deal for us since it's only a matter of seconds. Other than that, I found the operation to be pretty intuitive and the unit to have all of the functions that are important to my family's needs. I appreciate that this model has a spacious well lit white interior so that we can defrost larger items and observe the reheating process. The microwave has been in use for about a month now and I'm very happy with this purchase.

Nice looking unit and does what you might expect a microwave to do. I miss the one touch features of the 30 year old Samsung it's replacing, but I'll get over it. Couldn't find any info in the manual about programming it, but after a few minutes I figured it out. I imagine it's 2 stage programming but so far I've only used two. Enter power level first then time for each stage, just the opposite of all the other units I've used. It's a little difficult to reinstall the rotating plate after a cleaning, but after a little monkeying around you'll get there. The "inversion" feature is not so evident, but from what I've read it's supposed to use less power as you decrease the power levels, whereas most microwaves reduce power levels by intermittently applying full power. I guess you'd need some kind of a meter to really see what's going on. (haven't checked YouTube.) All in all, it's a decent unit for a decent proce.

I love this microwave. It has plenty of room inside and has lots of useful features. I already have an older model at our cabin and bought this one to use in our current home. I really can't find a thing wrong with it. Both the older model and this newer model are everything I could want in a microwave oven.

Spacious. Works well. Looks good and easy to use. Appears well constructed and durable. The light stays on during the heating process allowing better monitoring so soups, etc don't boil over. We did the cell phone test to confirm integrity of seal. Very pleased with purchase. Nothing negative to report.

After reading reviews for many microwaves, we chose Panasonic for our breakroom. Due to it's reputation of being a great product and lasting a long time without issues it seemed like the best choice. So happy we did! It has lots of handy features, easy to program and works great. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Thus far have no complaints have just had this oven for about a month, It arrived on the very date it was supposed to arrive was not damaged when we received it it's a nice looking oven also feel like we will get great service also, would recommend this item to a friend

It is a bit bigger than I expected but it works great - I have been without a microwave for years - just did not want / need one. This one has changed my mind. It works great and I have my dinner warmed up in no time flat - saves a lot of evening time for me.

This is my 3rd Genius in the last 10 years. Easy to use.
