Very powerful, it shows the 1250 watts, how long is going to last will see. Buttons you really have to push, I miss the 30 seconds quick button, instead has 1 min quick start. But what I do really, really like is that every number is not a quick start, like other microwaves you push 3 and is immediately 3 minutes. So far I like it.

This is a widely available brand and model, after checking the usual places I found the Sams price was35-40$ less and no shipping cost for pick up at store. I did misjudge the size 1.6 is mid size and thought I was replacing a mid size unit and didn't measure. But my old unit was smaller but I am glad to have all of the new features available for $139 and made room for the new. The savings on my previous LG TV purchase and this one more than made up for my annual membership. I

My old Kenmore microwave bit the dust and I searched and liked the features on this one. I like the stainless steel finish and the features. My husband can now make popcorn by himself!! The defrost works great and I like the add more or less time feature. It fits perfectly where I needed it. The interior is really roomy, wide but not too tall. I hope this one lasts as long as my old one did.

Purchased this to replace our 1200w (non-Panasonic) microwave oven that just stopped working. We primarily use the microwave for reheating and defrosting. Despite being slightly higher in wattage at 1250w, noticed that it takes longer to reheat foods than in our prior unit; this is something that we can adapt to so not a big deal for us since it's only a matter of seconds. Other than that, I found the operation to be pretty intuitive and the unit to have all of the functions that are important to my family's needs. I appreciate that this model has a spacious well lit white interior so that we can defrost larger items and observe the reheating process. The microwave has been in use for about a month now and I'm very happy with this purchase.

I bought this to replace my 1000W microwave. I am very happy with it. The cook time is less and the interior light is great for actually watching the cooking process. The interior makes any accidental spill very easy to clean and the extra large space accommodates my larger plates.

This microwave is not just high functioning (takes about 30 seconds less time to heat a food item than our other oven though the other one was higher wattage), it's sleek and looks fantastic in the kitchen as well. In addition, fingerprints show less around the control panel and side than my other oven so maintenance is easier.

We love this microwave. The heating is excellent. It is not tinny like most of them were it is a lot heavier. My only complaint is it does leave finger prints on the stainless steal. It is so easy to use, no completed buttons. Fits just right for us. Love it.

I bought this microwave to replace my old Panasonic one that died after 18 years. I hope this one lasts as long! This one doesn't seem to heat as fast but it may be a different wattage. I don't remember the previous ones wattage. It also has a light right in the front that blinds you of you look in with the door open. It does seem like a better brighter lighting than the previous.

When I plugged it inimmediately blew a fuse. We check the enclosed directions and found it had to be on its own 20 Amp circuit. I was torn between returning it and having a new circuit wired. Decided to wire new 20 Amp circuit. After rewiring everything seems to work fine. I have used a micro on the old circuit with no problem so I guess this new Panasonic draws more amps.

Nice looking unit and does what you might expect a microwave to do. I miss the one touch features of the 30 year old Samsung it's replacing, but I'll get over it. Couldn't find any info in the manual about programming it, but after a few minutes I figured it out. I imagine it's 2 stage programming but so far I've only used two. Enter power level first then time for each stage, just the opposite of all the other units I've used.It's a little difficult to reinstall the rotating plate after a cleaning, but after a little monkeying around you'll get there. The "inversion" feature is not so evident, but from what I've read it's supposed to use less power as you decrease the power levels, whereas most microwaves reduce power levels by intermittently applying full power. I guess you'd need some kind of a meter to really see what's going on. (haven't checked YouTube.) All in all, it's a decent unit for a decent proce.
