Just bought this for my parent's new apartment. Great price, abundance of features, attractive and worked well the handful of times it has been used so far. Just in case we experience any of the problems mentioned in some of the lower-rated reviews I have read, I spent the additional $15 for the 3 year Square Trade warranty. Sam's handles it the first year and Square Trade pays express shipping both ways in years 2-4. BUT you might want to check the Panasonic site for accurate dimensions (or the box itself). According to the Sam's Club site this oven is 21.2" x 19.1" x 11.2" with a 19" turntable. I figured from the start the turntable size was not accurate given the overall dimensions. The actual dimensions are 21.88" x 19.44" x 11.94" with a 15" turntable. Maybe that 1/2" - 3/4" difference could be a factor in your planned location. I give it 5 stars assuming the inaccurate dimensions were a honest mistake (ahem). Will revisit this review if anything regarding the appliance's function changes in the future.

according to experts a microwave oven I supposed to last 9 years. my PANASONIC 1.6--1250 watt oven lasted just that long. I could tell because I started to lose power very slowly. it would take 5 min to cook something that used to take 3 min to cook. this micro wave has all the features and 1250 watts ---a 15 in glass turn table and 1.6 cu ft of space. Sams Club has the best price so im buying another one. you cant go wrong with this product. jf something does go wrong just take it back to SAMS CLUB . don't have to mess with return shipping

This Panasonic is replacing an over 10 year old model. Previously model was very reliable and great features. This model has all the refinements and features that I need from my microwave. I like the stainless steel finish on the door, and the gray cabinet. The only issue that my oven has is the case cabinet finish has a blemish that doesn't affect its operation, and is not noticeable. Overall a great and versatile microwave oven.

I purchased the nearly identical SN7445 in 2019, and it stopped working this week, less than three years later. Got the dreaded H98 code, indicating that the inverter is shot. We really don't use the microwave that much, mostly to lightly re-heat left-overs, or melt butter, so it's not like it was abused or anything. I also noticed at least one other reviewer who stated theirs also stopped working after a couple of years, so this likely a design problem and not just a quirk. I definitely cannot recommend. My microwave before this one lasted about 10 years.

Very powerful and even heating. Rapid defrost. The sensor works great. You can heat frozen entrees on sensor without stopping and stirring. Also works great for potatoes and fresh veggies. My morning oatmeal took 4 minutes in our old oven, 2:45 in this one.

Purchased for my grandma. Barely lasted 6 months. Her prior one, GE lasted 8 years. Plate cracked and microwave was arcing. After 3 weeks of trying to have Panasonic fix it, decided to go buy a new one. Stay away from Panasonic, since they won't stand behind their product.

Love this microwave...Have bought 3 of them. Each last about 1 year. Purchased this one once more after taking a break from the brand. (bought a $50 no name it lasted several years) Decided to give Panasonic another try, purchased this 7/22/20 it quit working 7/21/21 still under 1 year warranty. Tried online chat with Panasonic over an hour with two different agents. Was disconnected both times. Will not purchase another Panasonic. My microwave was manufactured May 2020 in China.

Kept shutting off early, then finally died under warranty. There are many microwave repair shops near me, but none certified by Panasonic within 50 miles. I could have shipped it, but I would have to pay the cost, which was more than the item is worth. Don't buy anything with the name "Panasonic" on it.

Out of the box, the microwave performed well. It was easy to operate. It does not reheat as hot as I would like for certain foods, but that is a minor issue. I can just add 30-seconds! Once we get use to its idiosyncrasies, there should be no issue. The "noise" some folks refer to is the fan circulating and expelling the heat. For me this makes for an even heat on the food item and cools down the interior so the unit doesn't overheat. Overall, the price, and performance make this an excellent buy.
