We like our new microwave just fine. It is just the right size to fit in our appliance cupboard. Works great so far; we just have used it two weeks.

This microwave is big enough to cook and not just reheat things but doesn't take up too much space with it's height. The voltage is perfect for fast cooking too.

Our old one was on its last leg, and we had to nurse it along for a while. This one is really nice, tons of space inside. It has a bunch of features we haven't used yet, but very happy so far.

I've had this microwave about two weeks and am happy with it. It's a great size, is easy to use, and has helpful features. My previous Panasonic microwave lasted many years, and I'm hoping this one will as well.

Absolutely respect the people who designed and built this microwave. Cooks quickly, evenly and very easy to use. The instructions are so easy to follow. Thanks for a prodigious product.

Pretty Quiet. Larger diameter carousel. Like the stainless steel and black exterior. Cooks things evenly. Only wish it had a handle on front, so I don't have to constantly wipe fingerprints off the front. Second Panasonic microwave we have owned.

Time to replace our eleven-year-old Panasonic microwave...because of its reliability and excellent history, we chose to replace it with a new Panasonic. Recommend it highly!

Bought two of these to sit on each end of a dining room coffee bar. The touch screen is easy to read for older folks. Two new circuits installed to supply power to each unit. They look real nice sitting on a quartz counter top.The focal point is a Kuereg coffee maker in the middle of the bar.

What I like: the interior light is on whenever the door is open, not just when it is cooking. That feature was almost impossible to find 2 years ago when I purchased my last countertop microwave (my first mw oven lasted probably 10-15 years - the newer ones only last 1 - 3 years so its one of the few extended warranties I buy because I've found it usually pays off). Having the light on when the door opens allows for easier interior cleaning and the ability to check for melted butter or cheese without taking the food out of the oven. I also like that the button you push to open the door requires only a very light push. My oven sits on a slightly rickety cart rather than a countertop. My last microwave required I set my food down so I could steady the oven with one hand while I pushed the open button with the other. Not the case with this oven. Very light push required. Also like that numbers on push buttons are pretty easy to read in dim light because I sometimes warm a corn bag in the middle of the night and don't want to flip on bright lights so I can find the number and start buttons. Other manufacturers tend to "hide" their push buttons to give a cleaner look. That's not worth the trade-off for me. In fact, it would be better if the buttons were lit like the oven's clock, but I've never seen that feature on a countertop microwave. What I don't like: this is minor, but my prior ovens had a 30 second instant-on button. This oven has a minute button that you push, then you have to push the start button. That's only an extra button push so it is minor, but still a loss of convenience. Another reviewer complained about the odd shape. The oven does sit wider, deeper and lower (shorter) than what you typically might see, but I don't see why that would matter. I can't think of a "tall" food that I would cook in a microwave that wouldn't fit in this one. I agree with other reviewers that this oven cooks relatively evenly, and I would have given it 5 stars if it had an instant-on button. But if it lasts 3 years, I may come back and revise my rating to 5 stars.
