After using the dryer that came with the house the last 5 years we felt it was time to upgrade, unfortunately all it lead to was a washer full of wet clothing and a dryer that no longer worked. After struggling to find the warranty info and scheduling the repair, we will see how long it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dryer for about a month now and it's my very first dryer that I ever bought. I have not had any problems with it. It dries clothes very quickly, they always come out wrinkle free. The lint collector comes out very easily and can be cleaned easily. Great product!

I purchased as a set. Due to difficulties in delivery the washer and dryer were set up after the 90-day warranty covered with Sam's. When it was finally up and running it made a grinding noise. Sam's club told me I would have to go through Samsung warranty process. There is frame damage to the dryer and Sam's will not do anything for it. Samsung will not warranty "frame damage". Giant paperweight.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've had this dryer for years and quite like it, particularly for its size. I've had very few issues with it from a maintenance perspective - only issue is that the door latch needed to be replaced. However to be fair this machine gets lots of use as I often do at least a load a day on weekdays and 2 loads a day on weekends! Can't make use of the steam function as the water line was too far from where the dryer was installed (I have an unusual kitty corner arrangement with the washer and dryer instead of the usual side by side) so can't comment on that function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer needs a lil bit of work.... it does a great job of drying the clothes on the automated cycle, the second time you set it. It doesn't sense that the clothes are still wet the first time after you put the clothes in from the washing machine. I know it's not a venting issue, because I just installed this washer/dryer and I ran all new duct work up and out the vent. It's a "sensing" issue. The dryer is supposed to only dry till the sensors detect that there's no moisture left in the clothing. That's not working right. The second time, after the first 39 minute cycle is done, dries the clothing perfectly. I'm not done troubleshooting this issue yet, but I'll report back when I fix it.

I can hardly believe how well it operates. It dries all close in just one cycle. The heat that it puts out is unbelievable. It work's so good I'm purchasing the wash machine that matches it this month. Im very happy with this electric dryer.

I have all Samsung products, and I love that it connects to SmartThings and tells my ADHD self that the cycle is done! Now my clothes do not sit in the washer because of my brain being distracted by a squirrel! I love that the unit is more quiet than others I have had in the past, the design is sleek and beautiful, and my dirty EMS uniform comes out clean and ready for my next rodeo on the ambulance.

Purchases dryer on Nov 7th 2024 to be delivered Nov19th 2024. On 19th told that no date of delivery but when it gets to Warehouse for deliver. So every 2 weeks since deliver has been canceled by them. Here its Jan 9th of 2025 sttill 69 day later don't have dryer. Once again told would deliver Jan 23th 2025. If lining in Evansville, In. Dont buy online RXO only delivers on Tuesdays

I also have the washer to match and they are the best .My clothes feels so clean and dry better than going to the laundry mat.this is by far the best purchase i made.And I love the little tune it play when the clothes are done .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already had the washer, so when Hurricane Helene took out our old dryer, it was time to complete the set. I wish I had done it sooner. Amazing dryer, sanitation cycle only takes about an hour. Hasn't wrecked my energy bill, is actually saving money in comparison to our 20 year old model that we replaced.
