My Samsung Dryer was installed by the delivery company and its making a huge noise. Now I’m getting the run around on whose responsibility it is to replace my new never used dryer. This is a inconvenience to me and my family. I have a young toddler and I can’t afford to be without a washer.

Please don't purchase this product if you don't want to have a bad time with the Samsung Delivery company RXO. They will try to delivery a defective unit or bended item in the corners or other places, please check it before they go. If you try to get a replacement they promise a day but them they can't and they will try to force you to get another day that is not available for you. I have like a month with this back and for and still don't have the unit. I will return it and purchase another brand. Stay away from Samsung and their delivery company RXO
