[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product. It was gift. And it has no disappointed. I can wash larger than average loads without having a heavy capacity unit. The Bluetooth features work excellent. The cleanliness of the clothes is surprising. I dont have to use concentrated product. And the feature on the spin leaves clothing in pressed order ready for drying. This is good for quick washes for on the go clothing.

Gets the wrinkles out of every load, no matter the amount of clothes I put in. It’s nice knowing my clothes are properly cleaned also!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the 7.5 cu. ft. Smart Electric Dryer with Steam Sanitize+ in the Platinum finish, and it has quickly become one of the most reliable appliances in my home. It strikes a great balance between modern smart features, strong drying performance, and a premium look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing machine. Love the steam sanitize option. A way better and more eco friendly way to sanitize clothes rather than adding more chemicals. And it does it very well and doesn't take too much time. No wrinkles , connection is ok, not the best but works most the time. Size is great for me personally, capacity and all.

My Samsung Dryer was installed by the delivery company and its making a huge noise. Now I’m getting the run around on whose responsibility it is to replace my new never used dryer. This is a inconvenience to me and my family. I have a young toddler and I can’t afford to be without a washer.

Please don't purchase this product if you don't want to have a bad time with the Samsung Delivery company RXO. They will try to delivery a defective unit or bended item in the corners or other places, please check it before they go. If you try to get a replacement they promise a day but them they can't and they will try to force you to get another day that is not available for you. I have like a month with this back and for and still don't have the unit. I will return it and purchase another brand. Stay away from Samsung and their delivery company RXO
