[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely and continuously shocking our family with each load completed. Our laundry has never felt so soft and smelled so fresh. From early mornings, into late evenings... it holds strong. No issues. Deflect was late tho 4 days.

Mine broke in the first year because the engineers designed it with a small pulley system, The service guy showed us how cheaply it was made and the problems that persist with this design. One of the more expensive systems they make and the service guy said they are made to break to replace within 4 yrs. We have had to buy in every 4 yr of the past because they cannot handle the use. Sadd........

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The products are very quiet. The stack able option takes up less space and allowed us to more with our laundry room. The multiple selection options are amazing and take the guess workout of making a selection.

Takes over two hours to dry sheets because it twists and balls them up into a heavy solid mass. Doesn't matter what setting you put it on -- bulky items, bedding -- or if you you dryer balls or not, or if we put in just a few items -- just one set of sheets. It is just a very bad technology and is extremely wasteful.

This dryer was brand new and we started having issues with it a year ago. It would sometimes work for awhile and then all of a sudden stop. We have been hoping that it will start working again soon, but no such look. We have the matching washer machine and would hate to have to get another brand, but now feel forced.

Not our first experience with Samsung as all our kitchen appliances television & sound bar are Samsung. This Samsung 7.2 cu ft electric dryer with multi steam and AI and the Samsung 5.2 cu ft washing mashing with with multi steam and AI are fantastic machines. We have full control on our I phones as well we can also turn off each machine from our Samsung tv. Having our 2 machines downstairs this helps us tremendously at our advanced age. Bravo Samsung 5/5 Stars for each machine. Especially for the following: Features Design Value Quietness Efficiency Performance Reliability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size of the drum is amazing! A hug help with king size bedding. I love the end of cycle notifications on my phone! It saves so much time detecting when the clothes are actually dry. And it looks amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly this is the nicest household appliance I’ve ever owned. SUPER easy to use and set up. Very quiet and gets the job done. Easy to connect. Gets the wrinkles out of every load, no matter the amount of clothes I put in. It’s nice knowing my clothes are properly cleaned also!

Please don't purchase this product if you don't want to have a bad time with the Samsung Delivery company RXO. They will try to delivery a defective unit or bended item in the corners or other places, please check it before they go. If you try to get a replacement they promise a day but them they can't and they will try to force you to get another day that is not available for you. I have like a month with this back and for and still don't have the unit. I will return it and purchase another brand. Stay away from Samsung and their delivery company RXO
