Arrived dirty from factory

This mattress arrived nicely packed and filled up very quickly. I am disappointed that it was packed in plastic dirty along one side.

Quuen mattress used to be 389 in 2022

Great mattress overall loved it so much i wanted to buy more but they have raised the price by over 200 dollars no longer worth it in my opinion

Do not buy this bed

It lies with the review. It is not soft like memory foam. It is very, very firm. I am highly disappointed. !

Disapointed Buyer

Not Firm

I was looking for a form mattress. This says firm but it is not firm at all. I literally sink in it. Waste of my money

Too firm

The mattress is too firm for us. My wife cannot sleep well with this mattress and she started to have pain on her back because is too firm and is not comfortable at all.

Very firm

Like a few other reviews noted, this mattress is way to firm especially if you lay on your side occasionally. Can feel bed sores starting on my pressure points. This is my third memory foam mattress. Loved the other two. Retuning this one today.

Brick Mattress

I?d like to think that I?m a smart shopper. I thoroughly investigate the products I purchase by looking at reviews on the website and on YouTube and other sources and hope I?m making a good purchase. I bought the mattress and got it home and it was really easy to assemble. But oh man, this mattress is like sleeping on bricks. Firm is not the word it?s more like extra firm. It was so bad that I had to sleep on the couch as I just couldn?t endure the back and hip pain. I hate to return anything to the store because I try to make things work but this mattress is a no go. No more mattresses in a box for me.

Excellent mattress

I have slept on this mattress for 5 wonderful nights now. Not too firm not to soft. I absolutely love it and have had the best nights sleep EVER!. I previously purchased a bed costing 3 times the amount of this mattress and after three months the bed sunk in where we slept. They would never honor the warranty even though it was a local family owned company that had over well over 30 years in business. i was so leery when buying a mattress again. So far I a pleased and I do recommend this mattress.
