Before I purchased this mattress, I did an extensive online search comparing products and their reviews from Wayfair, Macy's, Ashley, etc and made my decision based on other reviews. So I most say, I am so happy I went with this mattress because my girls and I love it. They have a Queen size and I bought the exact mattress in a King size a month ago. I have never slept better as I am a side sleeper, who suffers from back pains. Amazing comfort at such an affordable price!

I purchased the firm mattress and I will have to say that it is way more firm than I thought it would be for foam, which works for me. I have had it a couple weeks and I have no complaints. It was easy to set up and puffed up almost immediately after removing the plastic. It gives support to my lower back and hips. I don’t wake up with pain to that area anymore

I bought this three weeks ago, delivered to my door. I took it from the box removed the compressed packaging. It fluffed right away ready to sleep on in 2 hours . I got in bed and laid down, and was saying to my self , ok this fees cool, very nice and the next thing i know its morning...too soon, its great

I’ve had this for two weeks and I wish I ordered it sooner, I’m finally sleeping and feeling rested for the first time in 3 years. I bought a more expensive mattress 3 years ago and it was an expensive mistake. I would recommend this mattress to everyone. And it was delivered to my home.

Was cautious about buying online. I read the reviews and took a chance. I did have concerns about if i needed to return it which a customer service rep answered. It arrived on time and my only regret is not getting the kg size. Love it! Extremely pleased.

I bought this mattress about a month ago. Ordering, shipment, packaging was all as expected. There was no smell from mine as others referred to noticing. I had to do something to better my sleep as I woke up achy every morning. On the Serta, I wake up everyday now without hitting snooze, feel refreshed and no part of my body hurts at all. It's a magical combination of support & softness. The cooling effect isn't too much, even on colder nights. I could not be happier with this purchase! My only regret is not buying sooner!! I have recommended this to all my loved one's & already, my brother & his wife have purchased the same and can't wait for the delivery!

I've had it about 2 weeks. I was skeptical of it not being a REAL mattress, coming in a box. It fluffed up quickly and it was ready to sleep on by the time my sheets came out of the dryer. It's very firm but the memory foam gives and hugs you. My back hasn't hurt, my hips haven't hurt and my shoulder hasn't bothered me at all. Absolutely thrilled with my purchase.

Probably the best mattress I've ever slept on. I have been wanting to try a modern memory foam mattress for awhile. It is the exact feel I was hoping it would be; firm but with a slight softness. A very nice mattress for the money. Highly recommend.
