The fish is awesome. Bigger than other fishsticks. The coating on the outside is just a little to thick, but it's still crunchy.

My kids like them and they are easy to do in the air fryer. Recommend not using a paper liner if doing them in an air fryer.

Some stick has fresh fish meat some is not, and some have very little fish inside, so it tastes like fried patter instead of fish stick.
