This is what fish sticks used to be: cut from whole fillets, not minced. I use them for fish tacos: a couple of these in a flour tortilla with some shredded cabbage (coleslaw mix), a dollop of tartar sauce, and maybe a squeeze of fresh lime if I have any on hand. Quick, easy, delicious lunch or light dinner.
