Once you start cooking them, you lose more than half the weight in water. Similar to making beef jerky(not texture wise)

The wings were huge when we git them out of bag. cooked in air fryer and they came out the third of original size. so much water injected into them we had to empty tray 3 times. Taste was great.

Overall, they get the job done. The frozen coating makes it appear to be a big piece, but they are not. I would like to see bags w all flats or all drummies. However, they were really good. *baked in oven

Do not buy these wings!!!!! You are only buying water because of the way they prepare it for bagging. 10 lb bag is roughly 4lbs or water. complete rip off.

Wings still had feathers attached in places. Had to pluck 10 out of 14 pulled from the bag before cooking them and still missed a few. The cooking directions were inaccurate. The “glaze” on them is no where to be found.

Large plump wing at a great price even better when they're on sale.
