Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven (Preferred)

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Arrange frozen chicken wings on a foil-lined baking pan. Spray with non-stick spray.

3. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until juices run clear and an internal temperature of 180°F is confirmed with a meat thermometer.

4. Before serving, let chicken stand 4 to 5 minutes.

Grill

1. Spray grill with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.

2. Heat grill to medium (approximately 375°F-400°F) for 10 to 15 minutes. If using charcoal, heat until coals have burned gray in color or have an orange glow.

3. Place frozen chicken wings on grill and cook for 35 to 40 minutes, turning every 5 to 10 minutes. Cook product to an internal temperature of 180°F.

4. Place chicken on clean plate and let product stand 3 to 4 minutes before serving.

Note: If using a charcoal grill, you may need to add an additional 5 to 10 minutes to your cooking time.

The internal temperature of this chicken needs to reach 180°F as measured by a food thermometer. Make sure your chicken is cooked thoroughly by checking the temperature in several spots.

For best results when breading or marinating frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute.

Honey Orange Glaze Recipe

Prep: 15 mins/Total Time: 1 hour

Prep glaze during cooking process

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp of butter
• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 tbsp dijon mustard
• 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
• 1 small orange for zest and juice
• Sliced green onion
• Sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Add butter and honey to microwave safe bowl. Melt butter and honey in microwave and mix to combine.

2. Add dijon mustard & cayenne pepper and mix. Add orange juice and zest to taste.

3. Drizzle over cooked wings and return to oven or grill on broil or high setting to caramelize sauce for approximately 2-3 minutes.

4. Sprinkle with sliced green onion and sesame seeds.

This recipe will coat approximately 20-25 wings.
