great to have on hand last through exp date - i saw some reviews that it spoils quickly -- i have never had a problem and this is a staple in my fridge. we are careful not contaminate with lots of hands going in n out of container - when using as a topping i put whatever is needed and serve in a bowl common sense.

Daisy is the only sour cream I buy. The other brands all have weird additives like carrageenan, which is gross. The flavor of Daisy, in my opinions, is second to none. With this in mind, the price tag for this at Sam's is quite the deal. Now, I only get my Daisy sour cream from here, and I haven't had any issues with the sour cream going bad too quickly. The last tub lasted over a month before it got all used up.

This is my favorite brand of sour cream. Great for baking, dips for veggies, etc. It is a lot but so much cheaper than buying the little cups; I plan ahead when I open it to make sure it doesn’t go to waste. So far, it‘s always been fresh, and i like the texture of this product better than other brands I’ve tried.

We use to purchase this on a regular basis, Don't know what is going on lately but this location has had issues w/freshness on alot of their perishable items. Last couple of times in purchasing this sour cream it gets moldy in about a week --far before the expiration date. Purchasing things that only go bad in a week is unacceptable.

Over the past year or so every Daisy sour cream I've purchased from anywhere has had a spolied, overly sour taste and smell. I can't exactly describe the nasty flavor but it's off- putting to the point that I would rather purchase a store brand. I don't see how more people haven't noticed. I eat a lot of sour cream as a topping or ingredient and Daisy ruins everything now. I wish our Sam's would carry a better brand.

Im surprised this doesn't have pictures to post i bought this sour cream at 3lbs and payed the price for a 4lb i didn't want togo to another store because they don't have the big size.This is ridiculous how everything but our pay checks don't get any better.

I picked this up today and it has an August 2022 date so I have 3 months to use this big bad boy up. There's nothing better than Daisy sour cream. If you've tried any of the other brands you'll know how watered down they are and even though they may be a little cheaper, you most definitely get what you pay for with Daisy. I buy the big container because having it around I can come up with numerous ideas to use it with. Not only just for dips, topping a taco, adding some flavor to my brownies and even using it with a little mayonnaise to make a tuna or chicken salad. great as a topping for a casserole. and I can go on and on.
