[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this taco seasoning for a variety of things - I use it as marinade with lime juice and extra garlic on chicken, beef, pork on the grill, use it with hamburger for regular tacos, in the pressure cooker with beef, bake chicken with it, have used it as seasoning with mayonnaise for a southwest pasta salad, made cheese and sour cream dips with it. I do add a little cayenne pepper to it when I’m using it, I like that it is reduced sodium so every little bit helps. It’s got great flavor and I can do a variety of dishes with it so it’s very versatile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my go to taco seasoning. It’s the only one I’ll buy, and it never lets me down. It is the best ingredients out there. The packaging is just exactly the way it says it is and the texture. The tacos is extremely the best tacos you can cook you will never go round wrong with this one. It’s always on the shelves and it has it versatile. You can put it in anything. We cook it with steak hamburger chicken it all works.

But this little nifty container is alot more convenient for me then having to buy those packets and them getting lost in my cabinet. And it also gives me the ability to use the taco seasoning for other dishes.

I find them super easy to mix in with beans, but seriously a sprinkle on top of meat or other taco fixings is so tasty!! Upgrades home dinner to a restaurant experience.

I made some tacos and used Old El Paso taco seasoning. I, along with my mother could not find instructions on the package. On the back was some recipe using pineapple as an ingredient. It wasn't until "after" preparing the ground beef, draining and adding the taco seasoning and eating the tacos that I discovered a problem. The flavor was way too spicy. I got on line to see what the issue was and discovered I was supposed to add 2/3 cup water, bring to a boil and then simmer until it thickens.

My mother made this for me and I got hooked on it. And that’s been like 50 years ago Lol it’s really true. I it’s one of the only seasonings that I like.
