Have used Old El Paso taco seasoning mix for years. Very good product. Gives a great taste to ground beef and easy to use.

Pantry staple and although the price has increased, we make tacos often enough that this 10 pack make more sense than individual packages at the local Cub.

Love this packet, it's can be used all by itself or at times add additional spices to my meat! I use all the heat levels too depending on wants that meal! Consistency of powder blends well with the meat. The Aroma makes you hungrier. And dissolution is simple. Flavor perfect for tacos.

I like the flavor, but I wish there was less heat to it. It burns my tongue and the back of my mouth. I have extra sensitive taste buds, I guess. I don't like capsaicin type heat. Chili powder heat is fine. I don't recall that the seasoning used to be so hot.

I got this brand of taco seasoning as it was only one of two brands in store. But as the second ingredient is corn starch I won’t buy it again. The McCormick Original Taco Seasoning Mix, 1 oz., 12 pk. is much better but Sam’s only ever has it for shipping and never in store. But Sam’s has been disappointing me on many levels lately. And of course it won’t even let me add pictures. Nothing new there.

Sams use to carry McCormick brand which is better than the old El Paso. Returned one box due to terrible flavor. There have been other items that have changed brands as well most not for the better

I don't know what has happened I have used the taco seasoning for decades I think they have changed the recipe and now it tastes awful and looks worse - no colouring no chili taste and it's ooey gooey I am not buying Old El Paso ever again until they change the recipe back it was so bad my husband wouldn't eat it it looked so pale and strange. I am going to try to make home made taco seasoning
