[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like using the Original Old El Paso taco seasoning mix for my beef tacos. I cook/brown the ground beef then add the seasoning mix and water. I use tortillas and cheese, salsa, sour cream and other toppings to make a quick and easy work night meal. Happy Taco Tuesday Night Meal!!!

As they got older they demanded a more grown up taco flavor thats when I started using the seasoning - and it’s great! Adds a real taco flavor and so easy to use! Read the directions. The now grown up kids love it and I always make sure I have an extra packet on hand to sometimes add to a Mexican inspired chicken dish.

We also occasionally use it to season things like sour cream or cream cheese for dip, or just to flavor-up some chicken or strips of steak, etc. I look for El Paso original Taco Seasoning Mix when I shop for taco seasoning. I try to keep extra on hand but if I need it and the store I am at doesn't have it, I will use a different brand - but El Paso is our go-to. I also like their "cheesy" seasoning mix and will sometimes mix one regular and one "cheesy" together!

But I believe that this product makes your taco seasoning and hamburger mix makes your tacos taste like they came from a restaurant. So I would gladly tell my family and friends that they should buy this item the next time they were going to have tacos for lunch or dinner.
