Hard to order custom cake when there are no links to the design, will not take order in store anymore at all. Tell you to order online but will not display what cake will look like

The cake was picked up on Sunday and it exceeded my expectations. The cake was decorated exactly as I wanted it and the cake was moist and delicious. I highly recommend Sam's bakery, the cake is delicious and the price is amazing.

Was difficult to try and order on line...needs to be made easier for choices, so I called in the order and was told must order on line but told them wasn't able so they took over the phone. Thank you Sam's Club employee.

The order online process was easy and detailed. I ordered 2 weeks before I needed and Sams keep me updated and the cake was ready ontime. And tasted great.

Online ordering doesnt allow to have the cake ddcorated like before. Now we have to settle for plain cakes...doesn't give options for tres leches cakes. Its not likeable at all..

I've never had a bad experience with cakes from Sam's. They're never dry, the whipped icing is just the way I like it (sweet but not sugary sweet), & the value is incredible.

I’ve ordered cakes from Sam’s for years now. They are my favorite. Cake is tasty and the buttercream is good too. They do a great job at decorating and the price is right.

Sam’s Club is my go-to when I am not able to make my own cake for an event. The buttercream frosting is the perfect level of sweetness, and the cake is always delicious and holds together well.

Cake was not perfectly there was size that was filled in by frosting. Yes, Sam does make really good cakes. I will be ordering another one, but I will be critiquing it this time because it is my mother‘s 100th Birthday cake.

This cake was amazing! We traveled to Alabama to celebrate my Sister in Laws 70th birthday! Everything went smoothly and the cake was great. Lots of compliments!
