I asked to have no sprinkles on my cake and they had sprinkles all over it and this was for older people and nobody wanted sprinkles so we had a scrape off the sprinkles which then made it look ugly.

I always order Marble cake cause it always is good & moist, never too sweet. The only thing this time it seems there is more icing than the cake but it won’t stop me from ordering the same thing again.

Hard to order custom cake when there are no links to the design, will not take order in store anymore at all. Tell you to order online but will not display what cake will look like

The cake was for a retirement party luncheon. It was both visually appealing and tasty. I had no problems or issues at pick up and check out was easy.

Sam’s Cake are Not What They Were! This used to me my go to for all cakes to celebrate any occasion! No more! This will be my last Sam’s birthday cake. The cakes are no good anymore and the decorations are just mediocre.

For the money, this is the best deal in town! I was in charge of buying the cake(s) for our high school reunion, and it was delicious. The only downside: we wanted maroon or burgundy icing, which they couldn't do. Oh well...

Cake was moist and flavorful. Vanilla buttercream frosting had balanced sweetness. What was better than the cake was the bakery staff at the Hodgkins, Illinois Sam's Club.

Sams club cake is our go to store for cake. It tastes great and such a good price. The whipped frosting is perfect and doesnt make the cake too sweet. We've had other store's cakes, and they just dont meet the mark.

I placed an online order for my daughter's birthday cake well in advance. The cake was ready for the day and time requested . Every detail was customized the way we wanted it. And it was beautiful and delicious.

What's the use of asking customers how they like their custom cakes if it's ignored anyway. I ordered whipped cream frosting, but buttercream was used mixed with the whipped cream instead.
