I also bought this mattress sight unseen. I read the reviews and was still leary of what I might get. I had been looking for a mattress for the past 18 yrs. that would compare to the waterbed I used to have. I had done away with the waterbed, because I was moving a lot and filling it and unfilling it was becoming a hassle. That's when I switched to a regular inner spring mattress. Every mattress that I have purchased, 4 in the past 18 yrs. would develope sags and lumps. I felt as if I was always sleeping down in a hole. My husband and I are not over weight, so it wasn't because of that. The first set cost over $2000, and many others that were name brands and highly priced would have to be trashed after a few years wear. I also have had back pain since I was a teen. Just recently I hurt my back and I have 3 slipped discs. I am taking P.T. and have sciatic pain down my leg. I have to wake up an hour early just to start walking. This mattress is the best purchase ever. I love the material it's made from. Not too soft or too firm. I feel like Goldilocks. My pain is getting much better and I'm sleeping and am much more rested. The only thing I wish was different is that it was a lot thicker. For the style headboard I have I could have used a mattress that was 15" or more to help with the looks of my bed. Other than that I can't complain. If you're tired of shopping around to find one that meets many needs, health issues, different support between you and your spouse, or something great for the value....you have to try this one.

Love this mattress because it contours the body. It leaves you very refreshed in the morning with no muscle or spine pain. The only negative is for the height challenged individuals under 5'5 such as myself; be prepared to purchase a step stool to get in.

I bought this mattress after doing a lot of research and it is well worth every penny. I have it on a basic frame from Ikea ($50) basic slats($30) and its like speeping on a cloud every night. As a Side sleeper I had an issue with my arm falling asleep, not with this mattress. I would recomend this mattess to anyone regardless of your sleeping position. I sleep soundly every night now no issues. Had no issues with smell as even the manufacure mentioned.

I have neck problems due to a rear end automobile accident. On my old bed I was waking up in pain at least twice a night. I decided maybe a new bed would help - and did it ever! I went from sleeping 2 - 4 hours per night to sleeping 7-8 hours. I've not awakened in pain since I have been sleeping on this bed. It's perfect. Money well spent.

I am 46 years old and have been in 2 bad car wrecks (neither one my fault! :-) ) and a work related accident that have left me with constant lower back pain for the last 10 years. I had pretty much resigned myself to thinking that it was something that I was going to have to deal with for the rest of my life. Not anymore. My back has not felt this good since I was in my 20's. I am getting much better sleep and overall feel so much better. I had looked at memory foam mattresses at some of the big retail stores, and never thought I would get one because they were so expensive. When I found this for a fraction of the price I was excited. I, like many of the others on here, was a bit concerned about buying without trying, but I knew I liked memory foam and thought that with the easy return policy from Sam's it was worth a shot. Am I ever glad I did! This thing is incredible. For both my wife and I it is the perfect mix of plushness with the top layer being fairly soft, but it has other layers just below that that give good support. No pressure points, just an incredibly comfortable mattress. Had I known how much better I would feel and how much better I would be sleeping I would have done this years ago and paid the several thousand dollars that the name brands charge. As others have mentioned there is a bit of chemical smell when you get it. It is not horrible and doesn't burn your eyes or make you light headed or anything, it is just noticeable. We took the cover off it (it is a soft cloth cover that just zips on and off pretty easily) and put it in the washer, and we let just the foam air out for a couple days in another room with a fan on it, sprayed Febreeze on it a couple times and did the walking all over it thing to squeeze the air out. It was still slightly noticeable when we first slept in it, not enough to deter sleep or anything, but after about 3-5 days of sleeping on it was almost completely gone and now after a couple of weeks it is completely gone. I am so glad I found this. I will never go back to a conventional mattress. If you are on the fence about getting it, stop. Just buy it. You will be so glad you did!!!! P.S. - You might want to get a loud alarm clock along with this - you are going to need it!

I purchased my first Night Therapy mattress over two years ago and have been provided with deep, uninterrupted sleep nightly! I have since purchased two queens to go with my original king for my beach house. Most recently purchased a full size for my 87 year old mother. She's sleeping like a baby, no more waking up with a stiff back or complaining of a poor nights sleep. All deliveries were completed in a timely manner as advertised. You cannot go wrong with this product!

Purchased this mattress two weeks ago and came to the conclusion that it didn't have enough support. My wife and I would sink together in the middle. If you were anywhere near the edge, it felt like you were going to fall off. It might suffice for lighter people; I am 225# and my wife 120#. The one positive thing was returning it at a club; no hassles. We decided to go with the Serta Trump Select 12" memory foam mattress. It's layers are 1" cooling gel, 2" memory and 9" high density support. We were able to try it in the store. I am much happier with the Serta. More support, no sinking and no falling off the edge.

Still stinky after 15 days, but it“is not harmful” to me as other people described. Best thing that happened in my life. I can't live anymore without memory foam products and this mattress is way way way way way better than any icomfort from Serta. Maybe because of the foam density the mattress is going to last less, but who cares, if it last five years that’s perfect. I am paying a fifth of a Serta mattress, and no mattresses last 25 five years. To pay for a mattress in a mattress store definitely seems to be the worst investment of your life. Don’t be confused with the price, I tried several mattresses, I am ultra-picky and sensitive and this mattress is just amazing.

We had to return this mattress, it was way TOO SOFT. Just sitting on the side of the mattress you sink almost to the bottom of it. NO support at all. After sleeping on the mattress for 2 months I was waking up with extreme pain in my back, hips, knees and ankles. I felt as if I was 30 yrs older than I am! My husband was having severe back pain also. We exchanged it out for a Serta Firm Mattress and after just one night the back, hip & ankle pains are gone! If soft is what you are looking for this is a great mattress. If you need any kind of support look elsewhere! Mattress was also EXTREMELY HEAVY. Very difficult to move. We didn't experience any problems with smells that other reviewers mentioned.

I was hesitant to order a mattress sight unseen. However, everything I have ever bought from Sam's has been good quality, so I ordered the mattress. I am very pleased with it. I slept on the mattress about six hours after opening it. Although I had the feeling that my body was being "surrounded" by the mattress, I also felt like it had very good support. I am sleeping better, and my back feels better when I wake in the mornings.
