I bought this for my older son. He loves it. Came rolled up in a box about the size of a hot water heater. Purchased taupe upholstered platform bed to go with it. Fit perfectly. Unrolled it and let it set for two full days. A bit of an odor when you open it but not bad and it went away. Not too soft, not too hard. Would purchase again.

We bought one a year ago and we love it!!! We like the ease of setting it up and we just got another a month ago for our guest room!! Very comfortable and nice and cool! The smell disappeared in one day!!

(only negative here but put it up front: There is NO "White Glove" delivery service available on Memory Foam Mattresses, even though it said so on my receipt. YOU will be responsible for the removal and disposal of your old mattress! It is delivered by FEDEX) OK this is long... But, I will start by saying "BUY THIS ONE... YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! My Story: I have been shopping for a Memory Foam Mattress for many months. Last year, from the other Club, I purchased my Mom a Queen Memory Foam Mattress, ($600) to replace her Sterns & Fosters $2,500 Pillow Top mattress that was about 9 years old, but was causing her terrible pressure point pains. I had spent hours reading reviews and chose the one from the other club because she likes Medium Firm and what I purchased for her stated that was a "Medium-Firm" She always said she was "happy with it". This past month (June/July 2017) I began researching to purchase a new Mattress for myself. I was discussing it with my Mom, that I was going to purchase a new Mattress. My Serta $1,200 Pillow Top was really getting "saggy" and uncomfortable, the pillow top was lumpy and you could feel the springs in certain places. It was really causing me distress, to the point where my Chiropractor told me, "You need to get a new mattress, I think that's what is causing all of your neck pain". So, Mom and I were discussing this and she said "Well do NOT buy the one you got me" ... I was shocked... she said that although the joint and pressure pain was gone, she felt it was way too firm. So, I asked if one day I could take a nap in the afternoon and try it out! OMG ... it was almost like sleeping on the floor, it was so firm. (I felt bad she never told me, I would have returned it within the first 90 days) So I went back and re-read the reviews and in the recent year all the complaints were that her mattress I chose at the other club was too firm. So I chose this mattress... OMG... it is PERFECT. I would call this Medium-Firm support. Just enough softness to be very comfortable, but firm enough to feel very supported. I am a man 5'11" tall and weigh 185lbs. and after just two nights of sleep on this mattress, my neck, knee and hip pain have been greatly reduced WITHOUT a trip to my chiropractor! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MATTRESS!!! There was NO detectable odors when I opened it up. Very Easy to Un-Box and set up. Though with two people it is easier.

I have had other foam mattresses before. I am a very hot sleeper, and I just sweat to death on the others. An inner spring mattress just kills my back and pressure points on my shoulder, ear and hip. I was determined to find a foam mattress at an affordable price. With this mattress, I don't sweat and I can comfortably sleep through the night. I love that if I need to roll over it's not like sleeping on a trampoline. The whole bed does not move or squeak when I reposition myself. This was a perfect buy at a great price.

We bought this mattress a month ago and are extremely pleased. Much to my husband's grumbling, I decided to put a kingsize bed in one of the guest bedrooms and wanted to move our memory foam that I had always found to be warm to that bed. My hubby immediately began to gripe and complain that he was very comfortable with our old mattress. This scared me that I would not be able to please us both. I did hours and hours of research and it paid off. I'm sleeping cooler and more comfortably and my husband absolutely loves the mattress. He said he is glad we changed.

I shopped every furniture and mattress store in my area and online. I tried out cheap ones and top of the line ones. If you like a hard mattress you need one less than 13". This one is however pretty firm but with the layer of memory foam you have just enough cushion to snuggle in. I am 62 and 170 lbs. I have had terrible hip pain stemming from my sciatic nerve and shoulder pain from tendinitis. I am a side sleeper and this bed is just fantastic!! I am not kidding it is every bit as good as the top dollar $1500-$2300 ones I tested in the stores. Pay close attention to the inches of memory foam and regular foam when looking for a mattress, this one has just the right combo. I left it in the box an pushed it into the bedroom on end. I opened box n flipped it up onto bed then ripped open the plastic casing. I unrolled it and then cut open the bag and all the around it and removed it. It says to let it sit for 24-48 hours to completely expand. Not gonna happen!! You are gonna want to test drive that baby right away!!! Mine was at 12 1/2" in less than an hour. I am amazed every night!!There was no bad smell at all. Just go for it and order one!!!

I did a lot of searching before buying this mattress in full size for my daughter. The mattress came package well and was easy to work with getting it on to the box spring. Once the plastic was taken off the mattress went right back to its normal full size shape. There was no noticeable smell as some people have found. My daughter slept on her bed the very first night and has been happier with this each night. My only drawback to this mattress seems to be sitting on the side. Foam mattresses are made for laying on not sitting on the side.

I took a long time looking for a memory foam mattress that didn't cost as much as a new car. I took a chance on this one due to the reviews and the price. It arrived on Tuesday in a rather large and heavy box. I live alone so I had to manhandle this beast by myself. Got it our of the box to discover it was wrapped up like a sausage in a casing. This thing is heavy, better to have 2 people handle it although I managed on my own. I used scissors to start cutting the casing and then simply ripped it apart to avoid cutting the mattress. Once out of the casing it began to "reinflate" itself and I hoisted the front of it onto the new frame. It slid onto the frame pretty easy and I slipped the other plastic wrap from the mattress and removed the silica gel packets. The mattress did not smell whatsoever and was fully "inflated" after a few minutes. I still let it sit for 24 hours and slept on it on Wednesday night. It's takes a little getting used to especially if you roll over a few times during the night. There is little "bounce" when I flop over. I am 6' 1 and 340 lbs and it supports me well. I slept pretty good the first night and a little better the second night. It's quiet except for a little creak in the frame when I roll over. My beagle loves it! He used to get up 3-4 times a night and has slept straight thru these past 2 nights so that in itself is a victory. I would recommend this mattress to anyone that is looking for a memory foam mattress and does not want to pay the ridiculously high prices of the name brands.

Im kind of disappointed in the mattress so far and haven't even put on the bed frame yet. It says that its suppose to a 13 inch mattress. And it has sit out in the open for a week with nothing touching it. The best measurement i can get is 11.50 inches or maybe 11.75 inches. A long way from 13.

Came all misshapen and customer service is terrible, also extremely hot even though I paid extra for “cool gel” which with my last cool gel of another brand was very good. The manufacturer tag says my mattress was made 2.5 yrs ago
