Missing parts

Bought in store and made sure box was sealed... It came with 3 legs, which is a big convenience.

Fantastic grill

Member’s Mark 4 Burner Griddle Grill

So far so good. Just finished putting the grill together. I haven’t fired it up yet. But the whole unit feels pretty sturdy. Good looking.

Golden Griddle! It made our vacation Golden.

We love to camping and take our RV but its something special about cooking out. We had so much fun as a family and enjoyed using our griddle.

A1 ABSOLUTE JUNK

My wife bought mine for my birthday, take it out the box brand new go to use it and can't get any gas past the regulator... I am epically heated it will be an absolute wonder if I decide to renew my plan

Griddle

The griddle top rusted so badly we threw it out after a month. Sadly we did not even get to use it. We had it in the house waiting for our stand to arrive. there was no reason for the rust.

The manual is full of information regarding your warranty, care and maintenance of your griddle along with ways to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts or assistance. Rust on the griddle top can be fully restored through seasoning! The appearance of rust spots on the griddle top, is an indication that the protective seasoning has worn off and must be repeated. Begin by removing the griddle from the burner box, dampen the surface with water. With protective gloves and steel wool, scrub the areas of concern until the rust has been lifted from the surface. Rinse the surface thoroughly. Do not allow griddle to stand in water. Dry thoroughly. Follow the full SEASONING steps outlined on page 21-22 of your user manual.This griddle top will require seasoning before and after each cook. Seasoning your griddle top improves the cooking performance, creates a non-stick surface for cooking, prevents damage and deterioration due to moisture and humidity, and extends the life of your griddle. Additionally, all Member’s Mark items carry a 100% member satisfaction guarantee. Your griddle could have been returned for refund. replacement.
