Its better than my Blackstone 22” and 17”. This one stayed flat as a pancake during initial seasoning. My 22” Blackstone warped. This one has an integrated front grease trap versus the flimsy trap that hangs off the back of my Blackstones. Heats about equally unevenly as the Blackstone. Also mine works fine when connected to a 20# propane cylinder. I have two Blacksones and this unit. I wish i had 3 Members Mark. Great job Sams club

I love this cooktop. Easy to assemble and use. Instructions are great. Able to stirfry veggies and rice, grill fish, shrimp steak, bacon, pancakes and burgers. Easy to season, & clean. Surface is large enough to prepare a whole Japanese meal in a few minutes. I'm adding a regulator so I can attach it to a larger gas bottle.

I have a Blackstone and the Members Mark griddles. The Members Mark griddle has a couple of features that make it a better choice in my opinion. The Members Mark griddle has leveling legs on the back of the griddle plate where the Blackstone doesn’t have any. The Members Mark also has a front grease pan drawer that is built into the frame where the Blackstone uses a pan that hangs off of the back of the griddle plate. The only advantage that the Blackstone has is that they have a disposable tin that lines the grease collection pan but of course they are an extra expense. The Members Mark griddle also seems to ignite much easier. The biggest plus for the Members Mark is the price. Only $79 for a 22 inch griddle. Overall both griddles cook very well once you get them properly seasoned.

This 22" Member's Mark flat top has been awesome. It was easy to season and I have found the cooking surface to have a ln even temperature that is easy to keep at the temperature I want. Using an infared surface temperature device, I found temperature fluctuations to be within 20 degrees.

After the initial seasoning of the griddle it heated up evenly and all the food cooked as expected. The griddle is well built. I like it better than the higher priced griddle’s on the market. The grease trap is on the front left of the grill which is nice also. The 1 lb. bottle hook up for propane is on the right side. The griddle comes with a nice heavy duty cover which fits nice and snug. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a good portable griddle.

It’s a nice griddle with adjusting flame! The maximum temperature goes up to 600*F at the side about 300*F I just purchased before I went camping I followed the cleaning instructions that led me to consume 1 lbs bottle of propane ouch!! I suggest to use a 20lbs bottle at least (you’ll need to buy a hose) if you have an RV you can buy a kit that connects directly to the bulk tank with some easy instructions on how to connect it, included is only 1 piece brass fitting includes 2 spitting valves on it (it’s a 1 piece total) and 2 hoses included 1- 12’ long is to connect directly to the griddle other hose is about 4’-5’ long that you could connect to a 20lbs propane tank in case you completely run out propane in the RV bulk tank! That is awesome! Happy camping!

We love taking it to the lake and cooking breakfast by the water! Also has been great for hibachi at home for a cheaper way to get great tasting food. We love it!

This is the perfect flattop. Cooking was a breeze and it cleans up easily. This unit stores well under the RV. Only complaint… need more vacation so that I can use it more often :)

Good deal for the money. I preformed a leak check upon initial use leading to a faulty propane regulator, called customer care and they sent me a replacement. I also saw that it went on sale, so I contacted Sam's club and they honored the new price.

It’s a nice grill. Easy to use. We got it specifically for taking camping with us. It is heavy. The dust cover is just that, a skimpy cover. It’d be nice if actually wrapped the entire grill. Or came with a storage box. Overall, I wouldn’t buy it again for camping purposes, but if I had a permanent outdoor area to use it in it’d be perfect.
