We used this product on a trial basis on a portion of our gutters back in 2017 and have been very pleased with their performance. Recently purchased 2 more 98 foot boxes of the 5" gutter width and have found it an excellent product and easy to install.

contractors quoted $2,000 to $6,000. so purchased and installed. shipping was quick. installation was pretty easy and painless. packaging could be better, some of the edges were bent...nothing that couldn't be straightened. hasn't rained since installed so can't comment on that. did 1/2 the house to see how they work and how the winter months go...

Easy to install, although our gutter required option 4, which was a bit more work...but at least there are instructions to cover all types! Very sturdy stainless mesh, and appears that it will last for a long time. Great that screws are included, also. No trips to the hardware store!

I did my research after I waisted money having a contractor installed Hallet gutter guards. I paid $600.00 for the Hallet covers that never worked and the company did nothing to rectify the situation. I recently bought and installed this stainless system for my upstate NY ranch style home. Pine needles have been my biggest challenge and I tried the inexpensive plastic home center covers which did ok until the glued on screening tore away. These gutter covers looked to be just the ticket if I could install them myself. Earlier this week, I installed them on a 30 foot section which included an inside corner. I had to bend the back of each panel downward for the best looking result. After trying the method that came with the instructions, I decided to make a simple homemade brake. I screwed two 4 foot, one by two inch boards, to a piece of plywood just far enough apart to slip in a section of gutter guard and bent each piece with ease. At 72, my hands have lost much strength, this made the bending effortless. I also used a small angle grinder with a metal cutting disc to make any cuts needed. This also proved easier than tin snips for me. Once I got going, it took me about 3 hours to complete the section and I can’t wait for another decent day to finish the job. We had a medium shower this morning and they drained perfectly. I am waiting for a deluge to see if there is any overflow like I had with my plastic guards. One more thing I will mention. It appeared that I was using the fasteners provided at a rate where they would not finish the job. I emailed the company and more are on the way, no charge. My gutter cleaning days are over! A great product!

Just installed 180' of SS Gutter Guard last weekend and all went well having just beat the snow by one day. Instruction were very good and easy to follow. I did have the gutter installation guys install the Gutter Guard in 2 sections that were too high for my ladder. They claimed to know all about this SS screen product but corners that they did were done very poorly. I would advise explaining in detail to the workers, how to do the work in accordance with instructions. For me, the only slow part of the job was positioning the screen under the roofing valley tin. Since my gutters were new I exposed the tape for fastening. Then because I had doubted about how well the tape would adhere in Dec. in MN, I added a screw at each end. Also, since our roof has a high pitch, I built a make-shift jig so that I could bend all the sections equally so achieve correct slope. I did find it easier to cut the aluminum rails with a jig saw and the screen with the tin snips. I also trimmed a 1/4" square off both ends of taped rail so they could be butted end to end when installed. Only complaint. As mentioned by someone earlier, most of panels required some minor straightening at each end due to slight damage during shipping. As suggested, some foam padding in box might solve problem.

Put these on my gutters a few weeks ago. It’s bait the easiest job cutting them for the end pieces but you get the hanging it. Since then, I’ve watched leaves roll off the roof and over the gutters and I am pleased. Also haven’t seen rain pour over the gutters. So far I am happy and relieved. The product seems to work well and is much cheaper than professionals but they should send a few more screws. And inside corners are tricky but doable.

We did gutter guards for our two-story 3500 sq ft home. We were able to complete the installation with one person on the roof in about 3-4 hours per floor. It seems to be keeping leaves, nuts, and seeds out of our gutters so far. We have not noticed any problems with water standing anywhere on our roof or with water bypassing the gutter and onto the sides of our house. We will update the review if we notice any problems.
