I've been taking with dinner (EASY - no fishy burps). For over a year. MOST importantly my PCP has now had to drop my statin in HALF as my lab work for LDL/HDL etc has come into range (3 labs every 6 months) for the first time in WAY too many years. **NOTE** YOUR experience may differ, however I'll continue to purchase. I had been taking the Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil then decided to try the Member's Mark omega-3 Krill Oil. Did not work for me -- loose stools, aching joints, and so much gas I couldn't sleep at night. It did work better for my psoriasis but not enough to tolerate the other symptoms. Went back to the Salmon Oil and all is well now.

I have been taking this for years now. It's easy to swallow and no fishy taste or after burps. I ordered it with the free shipping I have with my plus membership. the driver left in on the floor of the wrong building. the concierge accidently saw it there and was able to give it to me. I realized it lacked plastic seal over the cap.The drypack was absent. I had run out of it, needed to take one that night, so I kept it. This is unacceptable. Did the delivery driver not understand the English in the directions I wrote? I hope Sam's investigates this. I did not count how many of the 160 softgels were remaining in the bottle, but I am sure some were missing, either from being on the floor in the wrong building or was it a returned bottle that Sam's was delivering to me. I will never know

I have been using these Krill oil capsules for just over one year now. I have high cholesterol and clinically high triglycerides and the lowest I have had was the high 200's after years of statin therapy. After I added this krill oil to the statin my trigs were 178 for the first time in my life. I as well as my endocrinologist was pleasantly surprised. This will be a daily keeper for the rest of my life!
