It has helped my cholesterol levels since I've been taking it for several years now. I recommend it to everyone to try because it's better than taking the regular fish oil. After just 6 months my levels were way better than when I was just taking the fish oil. These don't give the after taste either.

I personally use this product because of the size of the product. I used a different fish oil product for years but started having problems swallowing them. I switched to these a couple of years ago because they are much smaller. My blood test results have remained great so I will continue to take them.

I am very happy with the krill oil. It seems to be equal to Mega Red but at a better price. The only complaint I have with it is it's not USP verified like supplements at COSCO. Something I look for in vitamins & other supplements. That would have made it a 5 star rating.
