I had been taking the Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil then decided to try the Member's Mark omega-3 Krill Oil. Did not work for me -- loose stools, aching joints, and so much gas I couldn't sleep at night. It did work better for my psoriasis but not enough to tolerate the other symptoms. Went back to the Salmon Oil and all is well now.

I have been using these Krill oil capsules for just over one year now. I have high cholesterol and clinically high triglycerides and the lowest I have had was the high 200's after years of statin therapy. After I added this krill oil to the statin my trigs were 178 for the first time in my life. I as well as my endocrinologist was pleasantly surprised. This will be a daily keeper for the rest of my life!
