I cook these in the air fryer and they are just as good as any fish in the restaurants. They make a quick meal.

After baking as instructed, the outer coating is still soggy. Two fillets is a convenient serving for a single person's meal.

Cooked in the air fryer. Turn out really well. The outside was really flaky- great taste. Inside was good. Great buy!

12 to 14 minutes cook time. Air fryer at 370 degrees 6 or 7 minutes per side. I add a little lemon, wife adds a little tarter sause. Great protein.

The beer battered Cod is really good but the individual pieces seam to be smaller. So maybe the new box design was done as a distraction...??

Good flavor and just the right size for a serving. It’s easy to prepare and goes with any side you choose.
