I find these are the best breadcrumbs on the market, and I have tried numerous of the brands. I always head back to 4C.

Good value on seasoned bread crumbs. The contents are fresh, well seasoned. You don't have to use a lot to cover your meat. Very good in frying and baking. Once you use it you can gage how much other spices you want to add or not to add.

This is my first purchase of 4C Bread Crumbs. So far I have used it on pan-fried fish and oven-fried chicken. It adhered well to the meat and added flavor without the spices being overpowering. Would buy again..

These breadcrumbs are seasoned exactly the way I like them and add wonderful flavor to my meatballs or my meatloaf. With the resealable plastic lid, the breadcrumbs stay fresh and appetizing.

description shows seasoned - but label is seasoned then w/pecorino romano cheese. I called and said description wrong they sent 2 more cans and still did not match pic.

I grew up in Brooklyn, NY and had many Italian friends. Their families all used 4c. I now cook all my Italian meals, (Eggplant Prmigian, veal cutlets) with 4c. I use it for German dishes as well. great stuff!

I cook from scratch so using a product that I can depend on to be fresh and tasty is important to us. I use it to bread meat and vegetables as well as an ingredient in meat dishes. I love the larger size and don't run out as often.

I think it's very unfair that you're forced to buy two packages (4 cans). Each can is the size of two 1 lb. coffee cans piled on top of each other. I use a lot of bread crumbs but this is ridiculous. One two pack would have been more than enough. Everyone talks about hoarding and Sam's makes you do it.

Seasoned with cheese, not spices. I should have looked closely at the image. Too strong and tart.

These are good bread crumbs at a good value. They don’t have as much flavor seasoning as other bread crumbs but still taste good
