Solid machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the new washer for over a month an it’s performance is great. The high speed spin cycle is a bit too fast and loud but other than that it’s a great product.

Easy to Use

I bought this same dryer many years ago (10+) and unfortunately it stopping drying with heat and so I replaced it with its updated version and so far its easy to use and has heat!

Very convienient

This washer is MUCH quieter than my old one! It is nice to not have to lean over to get clothes out of it! It even signals when the load is finished! I am very happy with this machine!

Right choice

Quiet, efficient, clean clothes

Vastly superior to the machine it replaced. It's easy to figure how to make it wash clothes with the settings you want. My clothes are clean! With the high-speed spin, they come out near dry.

Error codes

I just purchased this washing machine a week ago and I am already receiving error codes on the screen. I cannot use my washer. Now I have to wait a week for a technician to come fix. I will never purchase another LG machine again.

Amazing

I bought this about a month ago and cant believe how clean this machine gets my clothes. (obviously my old machine wasnt doing its job) the spin cycle almost dries them so less time in dryer. Love this machine

Delivered unusable!

Excited to try out this new washer delivered and installed today, and I find the rubber seal all twisted up making it unusable. The headache starts on day one.
