Was excited about this machine but not so much now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine and it filled up with water after the first use and overflowed had to call to get it repaired. It had a defective overflow valve. Now it only washes in hot water

Awful Product

My washer was installed in July and it has only worked for 4 weeks. It’s had multiple repairs completed and the same issue persists. There is only one repair person in the area so I haven’t had a washer in weeks.

Sturdy and will last

Door has trouble latching even after adjustment. Washes well. Quieter than the old top loader. Wouldn't buy again. I would upgrade one model for the features. Gets the job done without frills. LG lasts forever so that is great comfort.

So loud!

I was so excited to get my new LG washer and dryer. But they are both so loud. We have a laundry room and the door is always shut but you can hear them both thought the whole house. I'm no longer happy.

Fantastic Washer. Love it.

Great washer

Does not clean my clothes
