Reliable workhorse

Solid performance with this washer. It is well built and reliable. Its operation is quiet. It does large loads and heavy blankets, but is also gentle with delicate items. The cheerful chimes indicating a completed cycle make us chuckle!

Long drying times

Has bad odor

This is the second LG washer I have had. The first one lasted years and was moved four times to different states with no problem. The new one had developed and odor in the drum which I can't get rid of. I never had this problem with my old one.

Awful Product

My washer was installed in July and it has only worked for 4 weeks. It’s had multiple repairs completed and the same issue persists. There is only one repair person in the area so I haven’t had a washer in weeks.

Great!

Manual wash issues

We Bought this Dryer and matching Washer. Did not want to many electronics to add to possible issues. Would like to have more wash options that can be adjusted, Manual changes are not available on all wash cycles.
